Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Called to inquire about a listing for a rental property. The listing itself was not well written and did not include price for the rental unit. The agent on the phone was extremely rude and demanding, honestly one of the most unpleasant phone-calls I've ever had. Very unprofessional behaviour.
