Carlo managed the rental of my condo while I was out of province for 2 years. From the very first day, he was an absolute pleasure to work with (even my very picky cat gave her approval when he came by to visit the property!).
Carlo was also quick to reply to emails and gave great advice when it came to setting the rent, selecting a tenant, and my responsibilities as a landlord. He picked a great tenant who took wonderful care of our place. Carlo took care of everything with professionalism and integrity, which was a huge load off my mind. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to any of my family

Carlo and Ron went above and beyond in their service. They managed the property which i stayed at for 3 years and my dealings with them were nothing but positive. Even when potentially stressful situations presented them self(usually due to my own fault), their manner of dealing with these matters helped for easy resolutions. I never felt that he was pushing for a sale, but it was an organic process of continually refining what he was presenting to me based upon my input.
