Everyone was so welcoming and friendly I was encouraged and set up my matt at the back corner of the class. It completely changed my life. It was challenging but I knew if I completely got stuck someone would help me. I limped around the first couple of weeks but kept coming back. After my sixth class I got up off my matt and walked without any pain in my hips.

This is my favourite yoga studio. They have a good variety of classes, and a staff that is very welcoming and friendly. They're not all "hot" classes, and offer some normal and warm temperature classes. I find that the classes are good for all levels, and if you let the instructor know in advance of any injuries or any other limitations, there are modifications you can make in your practice.

I have been going to this yoga studio for over five years and have not found another studio like it. The owners and staff are so welcoming and genuinely care for each person on a professional and personal level. I go there, not only for healthy exercise, but also for stress reduction and enhanced mindfulness.

This is the BEST yoga studio ever. Full stop. Modern, clean and totally amazing. The owner, and every instructor are very client-oriented and provide a great experience for everyone of all skill levels. I cannot go anywhere else now. P.S. I LOVE how they have turned down the heat for some classes... so much better, thanks!!

So excited to have found a warm yoga studio! It's rare as all are none or hot no in between. But Pure Yoga has all the in betweens! Wide range of yoga classes from beginners to advanced! I love the warmth to get into a deep stretch without the overwhelming heat of hot. I love the studio calm and large change room for women with convenience to shower after! Definitely recommend this place! Many instructors so your bound to find one you like and they offer evening and weekend classes!

Yes! This place was exactly what I look for in a yoga studio. Huge range of classes so there's something for everyone. I went to a bit faster paced class (Pure Flo w/music), which is sometimes a gamble but this one was perfect. Core, strength, balance, and a lot of sweating. Laura was awesome and made the hard stuff seem not as hard. I was also greeted by the owner who was really nice. Definitely recommend and I hope next time I'm in Calgary I'll have time to come to another class!

What a fantastic studio! I just moved to Calgary and was really missing my yoga studio from back home, and Pure Hot Yoga has been amazing. All the instructors have been welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable instructors, and the studio itself is beautiful and inviting. I love the variety in classes - I can get everything from hot yoga, to strength and HIIT classes, to gentle yin classes. So glad I found this studio!

I moved from Hot Yoga on 17th to this studio. The instructors are all educated and really talented at their craft. This studio is suited for all levels, schedule and lifestyles. Ive met yogees there who are beginners, intermediate, stay at home moms, working moms even classes for kids. I love that they enjoy and love what they do and there to make you feel comfortable. This is a studio to go to!!

This place is great! I've been to a few classes here and they're all really good. Their studio is quite new so it's really nice. They have five or six classes a day so there are tons of options for people with busy schedules. They also have tons of different classes. Some are very slow and relaxing while others are super fast paced and make you sweat like crazy. They also have some with music so you can really get into it. The instructors are all really nice and helpful. During the class they will show you how to get into each position then if they notice you need help they will

If you want to come out of yoga feeling more stressed than when you came in, this is the place for you! You'll get to listen to Jay-Z blasting while your teacher (coincidentally the owner of the studio) battles the baseline and yells out commands. Don't even bother asking her to lower the music so that you can have a more zen experience. She'll tell you that it's her studio so she's does what she wants. And "if you don't like it you can leave" (after you paid for your membership, of course... the clever goose!).
