To help keep you, your families, and our staff safe, we are removing all bedding from the trailers, with the exception of mattress covers. Beach and bath towels, as well as hand and face towels, are removed as well. Disposable plates, cups, bowls, and utensils will be provided rather than the washable/reusable we normally stock.

Services
Let us make your camping trip easier and more comfortable. You can order any of these accessories with your trailer reservation request or anytime up to 3 day prior to your arrival. We recommend you book early to make sure we can fill your request. Locally acquired dry hard wood, safe for parks and ready to use. 1 bundle per night recommended.
Trailer Rental deposit of 1/2 rental cost is required at the time of booking, to hold the reservation. Reservations must be paid in full 7 days prior to trailer delivery. Reservation fees and Deposits are not refundable, credits may be applied to future reservations. You the renter will inform Cottages on Wheels of any damage done to the trailer and will be held financially responsible for expenses to repair for negligent damage.
Check in-out times at camp parks may vary, Cottages on Wheels trailers are scheduled to arrive before 6 pm, Departures are scheduled 10:30 on depture date. These are links to third-party websites. We just returned from a great camping vacation. Delivered on time by very friendly staff who set it up and made sure we were comfortable with all the features. Fully stocked with a lot of supplies. Large size fridge and freezer came in handy. If you're on the fence about renting with them, rest assured they deliver on what they promised.
When parking trailer on private property a level area where an extension cord and garden hose can reach is best. The trailer's features like air conditioning and showers are best utilized on sites with full service. In Provincial Parks there is no Water or Sewer hook ups you will need to be conservative with the water you are using.

I am not impressed with the online booking process. I checked trailer availability before booking my campsite and assumed since the trailer I wanted was available, it was safe to book the campsite. I filled out the reservation form, and heard nothing back from Cottages on Wheels. I send a follow up email and still heard nothing back. It wasn't until another member of my group phoned Cottages on Wheels to confirm her booking, that I received an email stating that there are no trailers available for me dates. I now have to cancel two campsites, which will incur a fee. I strongly recommend that you

Amanda was so helpful in the days leading up to our girls-weekend away. Everything was as promised; set up team was wonderful. Great value for price. We have already referred them to several others looking for a camping weekend without having to purchase all the gear ... and we fully intend to use them again ! Only advice? Book early as it’s a popular service.

We have camped every year for the last 5 years with Cottages on Wheels. Every year the service provided to us has been fabulous. One year we forgot all our pillows and Ron felt bad for us - he showed up a couple hours later with clean pillows for the whole family. The trailers are new, clean, and fully stocked with all that you could need for a successful camping trip. Last year we booked a second camping trip as a last minute vacation with friends and unfortunately cottages on wheels was fully booked! we booked a trailer rental with another company and were truly disappointed. ABSOLUTELY Fabulous experience. Both Amanda and Ron go above and beyond what is expected ! We arrived at our site and the trailer was open, beds made and everything was clean. All we had to pack was food and the kids !

Amazing service. Delivered and set up the trailer before our arrival. The trailer was completely ready for us! The beds were made, BBQ hooked up, and it was clean and bright. Everything was available, all we had to bring was our personal belongings. After our vacation we just packed up our own belongings and left. Cottages on wheels took care of everything and we can't wait for the summer to use them again!

I rented a tent trailer and towed it to Bancroft for a Family Reunion. The trailer was as advertised and everything worked just fine on it. Unfortunately it didn't come with an awning or I would have given them full stars. That said however, the entire rental experience was smooth and problem free. I would definitely recommend this Cottages on Wheels as an RV Rental place and use them again.
