I had an appointment at 1:10pm and I was by my phone I received no calls from the doctor (I do get blocked calls) so I called the office the receptionist told me that the doctor said it went straight to voicemail. I explained that I received no calls so they told me the doctor would call back. I called the office back at 2:00 letting the receptionist know I received no calls they told me to wait until the doctor was free. I called the office again at 2:40 to see if there were any updates they said no just wait. I received a call at 3 from a receptionist telling me I can rebook on sat which is two

Went for a routine pap smear, staff was cold and not very friendly but that's whatever, that's not what you go there for. Get a notice a few months later that my sample was mixed up with another persons (!!) and so I had to rebook and come back again. When I went into the room another patients file was open on the computer with all of their information up... and I was alone in the room - super unsafe!
Had it redone, and now just received another notice that the sample was invalid. Called Aquarius to see what happened, and front desk had no idea and couldn't recommend a next step

I’ve been going there for so many years as I don’t have a family doctor but I’m not sure what happened to staff one of the ladies I spoke to today was so rude.
First of all, I spoke with a receptionist on Sunday she said she’s working from home and had no full access to book me with maternity doctor but she said she was able to book me with regular doctor first.
I waited for one hour and nobody called me so I called the clinic and whoever answered the call said she doesn’t know what happened but I don’t have an appointment today and of course no apologies.
This is just a simple courtesy

I had called at 10:36am to book an appointment and got in same day and was told doc will call at about 11am for phone Appt. Then comes 11:30am, I call and ask if doc is gonna call for my Appt and then they continue to say my appointment was never booked. THE RECEPTIONIST NEVER ACTUALLY BOOKED ME. LIKE WHAT. WHY SAY IT IF YOU DONT. then they book me at 12. NEVER got an apology for the mistake, NOTHING. But I did get a new Appt for 12pm same day. Would have done 1 star if I wasn't able to get in.
This clinic DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY BOOK A PATIENT. DO BETTER PLEASE. maybe train your workers

I was greeted at the appointment with the most lovely receptionist. I waited a couple minutes and was well informed, treated wonderfully and am in little to no pain within the hour. Absolutely recommend this place. Fantastic staff and a very comfortable space to be in. Thank you Aquarius clinic for the most easy experience that I was worrying about for weeks!!
Much love to you all.

Just go somewhere else, terrible experience with staff here. it's so disappointing that healthcare clinics that are suppose to care for patients hire such rude staff like the woman we encountered today at the front desk. And the worst part was that they were packed even with such terrible reviews online. Nothing will change as long as these clinics have such high demand and not much choice for patients. Obviously we won't be going back here but I don't think they care 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’ve booked a set of 6 months vaccines for my baby 2 months in advance to make sure we can get those on time (they usually fully booked 2-3 weeks ahead). On the day of appointment we came to the clinic and been told that the Doctor who was supposed to do the vaccines is no longer with the clinic and they called me once but couldn’t reach. That’s it.. No message, email or a repeat phone call was made, nor we’ve been rescheduled with another doctor. The next available appointment was in 2.5 weeks. It was a time sensitive appointment and they just don’t care about it. They know there are

Yes, the front desk ladies can be a little cold and grumpy but I can't say I would many be the same with the entitled, miserable people they have to deal with ALL DAY. Regardless, they are always professional and get their job done.
They usually book appointments 3-7 days in advance and walk in usually has a line up first thing.
I have not had a bad doctor experience here, they seem to have a diverse and talented doctor pool.
The entire office is small and feels cramped but not too uncomfortable. I wouldn't make a trip here if I wasn't in the neighborhood but I'm thankful

Walk in clinic wasn’t open for walk-ins this Sunday, waited at the door when it was supposed to open as there was no sign anywhere that they wouldn’t be open, nothing posted on the website either. Unprofessional to make clients go there for nothing and not even post it on the door as the opening hours on the door stated it would be open Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

This clinic is absolute garbage. I called in to because their website says they are accepting new patients and do walk-ins, of which they do NONE because "COVID", we have been in COVID for almost 2 years, update your website and fire your receptionist.
The atrocious reception first hangs up on me when I am speaking to her, I call back and she is so belligerent and shows a complete lack of care and disregard for patients and the public. People reading this, STAY AWAY. Value your health, do not seek care from these people. Red flags everywhere.

Reading these reviews are disconcerting, but please remember it is a pandemic and everyone, everywhere, are stressed to the limit. I personally, was quite impressed with Aquarius Medical. Thank you so much for seeing and treating me today. Reception was kind and efficient. Wait time was normal, the energy in the office was respectful and caring. Best of al, Dr, Nicole Redding was impressive! She is a true professional, kind, caring, efficient and reassuring. I am so very happy I found this clinic. Thank you a million, Ladies.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I called around 11 to get an appointment for that evening which I did for 5:15. So I get there around 4:45 because I like to be early to a new medicinal clinic , the receptionist tells me I do not have an appointment but am registered. The other receptionist tells me a trainee put me in and tried to call me and leave me a voicemail to rebook my appointment. However I do not even have a voicemail activated on my account nor did I receive a voicemail. They were very in accommodating in regards that they did not even try do fit me and told me to come

I visited the clinic first thing Sunday morning and was greeted warmly and efficiently. Soon after I was seen by Dr. Chase who I found the perfect physician: experienced, a listener, pleasant, clearly very knowledgeable and interested in his work.
The experience was better than could reasonably be expected from any medical office.

I saw multiple doctors over a 2wk period where I was repeatedly misdiagnosed. One doctor blatantly was skeptical I was even having the symptoms I complained of - Dr Kharrat, avoid him at all costs. I ended up in hospital with now potential damage to an organ.

Do not go here unless it's for a common cold. They will let you down. How Canada can let doctors operate like this is unbelievable.

People are treated like cash machines. There is no respect for your time and you will be lied to. You will be told to seat and walk in will start in 45 min, then after 45 min you will be asked to leave and come back in another 45 min, and then you have to seat for another 30 min to get checked in. If you ask why it takes so long, then they tell you you're the next. Aslo, you can call them and you'll probably be on hold for 10 min, and that's because your call is important to them. If you had a better experience, go buy a lottery, it's your lucky day. If not, don't risk

I regret not reading other people's reviews.

I had early symptoms of inflammation/infection inside my nose including pain, stiffness, swelling, and redness on my nose skin. I explained it to Dr. Chase but he did not pay attention to any of my symptoms. Instead, he told me that I have nasal congestion - which I've had since very young. He also recommended to try a nasal spray and come back after a month...

I had gone to see a doctor because my symptoms had gotten worse every morning. I expected better treatments than a nasal spray. Waiting for a month with pain and swelling is not ideal

Why they bother having a closing time when the doctor leaves early?! They should just put on the closing time "whenever the doctor wants to get off".

The receptionist kept gaslighting me....... while they should have done that since it's a medical clinic.

Basically they kept telling me they didn't say certain words or phrases and trying to intentionally make me feel crazy or that I'm hallucinating while it was the case and I'm grounded as much as I normally can.

I've been to the location once and tried to get a hold of them twice. Generally I would say, it's the second least satisfying clinic/service I had every had.

I really don't know how I feel about their care.

Yes, the receptionists are downright rude. This clinic is insanely busy and I'm sure the receptionists are on guard for rude patients. The place is dilapidated. But I'd be able to overlook those points if the doctors seemed like they cared.

I waited a half hour for my 11:30am Walk-in appointment, which one of the receptionists said was because one of their doctors was out. Fair enough, since they have been fairly prompt during past visits right after opening when they are least busy.

But the doctor came in at about 12pm, without

I've been to many walk in clinics in Vancouver since I don't have a doctor here. I've only met 3 really good doctors who listen to my concerns and Dr. Clifford Chase is one of them. He's one of the best I've seen in this city. Dr. Chase is a pleasure to speak with, he's straight up and gets referrals done quick. Go to him if you go to this clinic.

Only went there to help a co-worker with picking up his X-Ray results. Worse service EVER. Unnecessary attitude from little Asian girl at the reception. Maybe the employer should provide a course in customer service for this one who, clearly, doesn't know how to properly communicate with clients/patients. Or just fire her and call it a day!
Unfortunately for that clinic, they just lost lots of business as my company of 150 workers is in town for the next 2 months!

This place has very bad service. The order of the line doesn't really make sense for one sitting in the waiting room. The staff are not courteous, and that I think is their biggest down fall. Doctors do important work and it takes time, but make better hiring choices. The people at the counter are not focused on serving the clients. I think that changing the reception will be the first step. Then make the process more transparent. So people know who's up next. People are left in the dark and not answered politely.

The signs asking patients to be polite to staff is a sign of a problem

I was a bit hesitant about the appointments I had booked for my boyfriend and I at Aquarius due to the reviews I've read and because of the reviews I really felt inclined to add ours.

We both had a super pleasant, relatively quick but not rushed and informative visit with Dr. Germain. The receptionist was also very friendly and nice. Goes to show you really should take Yelp reviews with a grain of salt, we have absolutely no complaints. We will both be back.

Like some of the reviewers mentioned, this clinic is hit and miss depending on who you get as your doctor. I wasn't too "lucky" this time as this male doctor didn't seem to care about my concerns. His answers were short and he did everything quickly without asking any follow up questions.

I asked about the HPV vaccine and he said he can do it for me right then and there. Minuets later he came back into the room with a needle and asked if I faint with needles. I said "no". So he said "ok just lean or sit down" and then without any sterilization he jabbed

They never answer their phone and often (twice this month!) don't open on time if the receptionist forgets to show up. So it's best to come in person on a weekday morning around 11 if you need a walk-in slot.

The one time out of five that I've been able to see someone at their drop-in, the doctor saw me right away, did a cursory check of my symptoms then told me to come back if it gets worse. I wish she'd taken it more seriously so we could have nipped this in the bud a month ago. Instead I keep trying to come back but get turned away.
