Our purpose is to provide communities with medical services for your optimal health and wellness. Our experienced physicians are Canadian trained and Board certified in family medicine. Yaletown Medical Clinic has an established family practice led by Dr. Imtiaz Hassam.

We are conveniently located at street level adjacent to David Lam Park in Yaletown. We are located at the corner of Pacific Blvd. and Drake St., 1 block west of the Yaletown Station on the Canada Line. Public parking is available underground and there is adjacent street parking. Just wanted to give Dr Sharma a positive shoutout for his check up on my ears that I had trouble with for a few weeks. I went to see him and he told myself some helpful advice which I followed and the problem was rectified quick and painless. Keep up the good work and I will be back to the clinic again if needed. The doctor I saw was ok, seemed to be rushed or talk fast so I didn't catch everything that was said and didn't really have time to think of and ask questions. Also, I was trying to book an appointment with the receptionist based on what the doctor said and they were very confused, not helpful and kind of rude. I had to reschedule an appointment and this time the receptionist on the phone was helpful and clear, but they told me one of the appointments I had never got scheduled but then the doctor called me on the phone on that day saying there was an appointment still. So I don't know what is happening

Probably the WORST medical experience I've had in my life. I was nauseous for 7 days straight, almost vomitting, couldn't eat, couldn't work. They decide to make me submit a test to Life Labs but then fail to (1) tell me on the spot that it could take 2-4 weeks to get the results and (2) in the mean time at least give me medical advice to aleviate the symptoms. What kind of clinic leaves a patient that way????
Ended up paying to see a naturopathic doctor who gave me a treatment plan that worked within 2 days. Oh and the cherry on top, I had to call back this clinic to ask if the results came in

Booked an appointment weeks in advance, show up for my appointment time and the nurse says “the doctor isn’t here today.” Then claims they left me a voicemail that my appointment was cancelled (they didn’t). Then they offer that I can wait in a large line to see a different doctor. (If I had time to do that I wouldn’t have booked an appointment in the first place). Not apologetic, not personable. Not surprised that this clinic has awful reviews. The one time I did see a doctor here (Dr. Michelle Lee) she had horrible bedside manner, like speaking to a disinterested, apathetic robot.

Called the day prior to check if they would be open the next morning. They confirmed and suggested to come as early as possible. Arrived Sunday JULY 3rd 10am sharp only to find the place closed with this sign taped on the door. Closed JUNE 3rd, and we saw a small group waiting outside as well. You would think people working in this field would have some ability to be accurate in posting availability. Beyond frustrating.

I’ve been having major stomach issues and needed to see someone before my work week (I’m a shift worker). I called four times to see if they were accepting walk ins (with an extremely long pre recorded message each time) and nobody answered. I decided to try my luck and when I got there she told the person in front of my it was going to be a 2.5 hour wait. Ridiculous!! Went to a different clinic with a more reasonable wait time and better staff
