Since my graduation in 2001, I have had two years of medical practice abroad, four years of post-graduate studies in Human genetics, at McGill University, and close to ten years of medical practice in Canada. The wide range of practice I have had, has helped me a lot in providing my patients with quality care.
Dr. Ghazal Dawoodi, is a registered clinical Counsellor #5300 with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She earned MA and Ph. D. in clinical psychology. Dr. Dawoodi has started her private practice in 2012, providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling to adolescents and adults in a wide range of clinical issues.
You can book an appointment over phone, ahead of time or even same day, based on availability. We always have a few walk-in spots available for patients, which is available based on first come first serve. Please be advised you need to book an appointment to review your test results, renew your prescription, or get a new or follow up specialist referral.

I was very lucky to meet Dr. Ali Rastikerdar as my first experience when I arrived Vancouver, not much later I asked him to become my family doctor. Ever since there was not a moment that I was over satisfied with his knowledge, skills , ... and most importantly his manner. He I love about him is his patience and how listens to you and offers a solution that both matches my medical and personal situation. My family and I are very lucky to have him.

This was the only place who was able to understand my urgency situation if being pregnant and to needing to see a doctor. They were able to give me an appointment for the same day and I did not wait long at all at the clinic.

I visited Dr. Rastikerdar pre-covid for an emergency consultation. I was lucky to get the appointment as some other physicians had denied because of not being my family doctor. Dr. Rastikerdar patiently listened to me and after explaining the issue, offered alternative options to what I had already heard. The professional attitude of his and caring manner were impressive. I highly recommend him.

Had visited this clinic pre-covid in-person and was happy with my experience but terrible experience with video call booking. After appointment confirmation, joined the Medeo video call and no one showed up and after 3 minutes, I received a text that appointment was cancelled by the doctor. No call or follow up or even apology to waste my time. Also called the clinic, no one was answering after 20 minutes of wait. Disappointing !!

My doctor's visit was fine, although when I tried to call and follow up to get my lab report, it was almost impossible to get a human on the phone. Even the extension for doctors and labs had an automated message saying to call back, then the phone hangs up on you. I spent called over 50 times during a 6 hour span of time to finally get someone to pick up and help me. Even though the people may be nice when you finally get their attention, it's a terrible customer experience to be worried, sick and on a tight timeframe--- then get zero response from the only source of possible help.

I definitely will not recommend. I booked a tele-health appointment with Dr. Ataallah Houbbi and followed all the requirements. I logged in to the tele app on time and waited for 15 minutes, nobody showed up. I tried to reach the clinic via phone. Reaching them was such a hassle and when I finally reached them, they told me the doctor was running 30 minutes late and I should wait. After waiting for an hour, the doctor left me a message with zero empathy telling me to book another appointment at another time. Feels like a jungle and not an organized system. Highly disappointed and won’t be returning

Everything about Loyal Medical Clinic is excellent. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. No matter how busy they are, I have never felt neglected or rushed in my communications with them. I find this first impression nice and welcoming for a doctor's office. The location, organization and cleanliness of the office are all pretty good. I am grateful that my sister told me about this medical clinic and i totally recommend them.

The doctor was in some sort of mad rush when he came to see me. I booked a 10-minute appointment which ended up being 4 minutes. The doctor was so rushed that I had to speed-talk through my symptoms. He then proceeded to print his orders without hearing all my symptoms and handed me the print-out while telling me the instructions for the orders and walking out at the same time. I don't understand, did he have an emergency surgery in the back or something? Why did my appointment have to be cut short before my allotted time and even before he addressed my questions? For a drop in clinic, I am hesitant to tell you how wonderful and friendly the staff are there in case I need to go again. Despite an hour wait, which is expected for drop in but having their online booking or appointments, it's a helpful tool! This is a much needed service and to have a go to place when u need to seek medical help. The staff and dr we're kind, helpful, compassionate. Now I hope my test results are positive!

This place is the best walk-in medical clinic that I've been to! I was at work downtown and desperately needed to go to a walk-in clinic and came across this place through a quick google search as it was really close to me. I was able to be seen within 20min which is great considering how long walk-in clinic waits can be. One of my favourite parts of this clinic is how tech-forward it is! You can book appointments online which is great to avoid the wait, and if you want to walk-in you can also see the wait times online. I've always seen Dr. Afshari who has been very caring and helpful

When a patient is in a huge amount of pain, due to a possible blood infection ; i opted to go and seek immediate medical attention without having to be subjected to an emergency room to be treated by a doctor on an impersonal, confusing and in&out quickly "appointment" - they rudely turned me away as i forgot my service card (non photo) i do not own any photo is as i am waiting for that in the mail, but these people adamantly wished to get rid of me. I walked in with a broken foot trying to get help prior to getting on a cruise ship. Unfortunately they just said they didn't have supplies to treat that and didn't offer any further assistance or guidance. For a suppose it "urgent care" (per their advertising) I would expect this service.
I walked back out and found a medical supply place across from the emergency department that was very helpful.

Visited Loyal Medical Clinic a few times and saw Dr. Ali Rastikerdar each time. As it wasn't my family doctor and I only go there because it's close to my office, my expectation was low to begin with. However, Dr. Rastikerdar was probably one of the better walk-in clinic doctors and actually took the time to listen and did all the basic physical checks.

Booked an appointment online for this clinic the day before, based on online reviews. Arrived at the clinic 10min early and was immediately seen by the doctor who addressed my needs and faxed my prescription directly to the pharmacy. Compared to other walk-in clinics where the wait can be hours, you're better off going here where there is zero wait. Doctor seemed to know what he was doing based on the questions he asked me.
