I am Jenifer Boere, owner of Body Essence. I have been a resident of Delaware, for the past 20 years. When my husband, Jeff, and I came to Delaware, it was in search of a nurturing community, to raise our family. We all know it takes a village to raise a child! I did not return to work, as a dental assistant, after our first son was born It was important to us, that I stay home.
Georgette hails originally from the Denfield area. She spent her early years, enjoying the farm life. Always eager to help others, it was not surprising she decided to explore a career that would enable her to do so. Through her co-op program in high school, Georgette was able to sample the life of a massage therapist.

There may be times where more than one therapy can work perfectly well together. Other times, it may be problematic. It'd be a shame to be caught between cross purposes, where differing approaches "push & pull" you at the same time! This is worth discussing with your practitioner, as it can depend on the type and strenuous degree of the exercise activity you would like to do.
