Ordered a pair of Doc Martens to be delivered to my daughter in Ottawa. UJB used FedEx for delivery. Boots were not delivered to my daughter but apparently someone else supposedly signed for them. Bottom line - I bought boots that were never received. Union Jack Boots says too bad so sad we are not refunding or resending. How is this my problem?! Never buy a product from this company! They don’t standby their legal responsibility to deliver what has been purchased. All the risk is on the buyer!

Ordered online on your sale and that was on Feb.17, until now my order is still in processing. I understand that there was a surge of orders because it was a sale but to still not ship my order for almost a week now is unacceptable. Also, my second order from the sale is showing that only one pair is being shipped, so you don't ship orders together? Is that how you treat repeat customers? So disappointing!

This location used to have an awesome sales person working here, but I can't remember her name and I believe she's gone now (a goth who wore long dresses and was super knowledgeable and friendly.)
It was pretty much the only thing it had going for it as the price and selection are both second to their their competition on St.Denis.
Staff knowledge about product is laughable also; twice I've been sold the wrong length laces, and I've been flat out told two types of boot/shoe don't exist (despite having seen them in person at other stores.)
