WOW. Ordered a bag from them and it arrived incredibly fast. I had a few questions and they answered very promptly. I inquired about another bag that they do not have in stock but they offered to purchase it from the USA and get it shipped to me. Now, that is amazing customer service!

When I went over 10 years ago, I thought this place felt super young and carried the latest trend.

I forgot what I bought from here but what do I know, I was just a tourist and I only stopped in here because it looked interesting.

Nice store but some workers need training in store sales. Went in to buy a bag but it was told there was no sale (the website said there is a store wide sale). I eventually ordered it online to pick up in store the next day (with a big discount) rather than arguing with her about the sale.

Went in to check out a Herschel bag with a friend. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She made great recommendations and had excellent product knowledge. I walked out with a Pop Quiz and a beanie and I will be returning!

Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re a man. Staff will only help men not female customers no matter how available there are. I’ve come here a few times and needed help but would be ignored or told to wait cuz another male customer just came in (after me) that they preferred to serve. Even promos are only for men. One time while I was in line waiting to cash out, all male customers ahead of me got offered a promo of free sunglasses with every purchase Come my turn the staff doesn’t offer it to me (I bought at least $50 worth of stuff more than the male customers did). Great selection of products. Happy to support a Canadian retailer. The web site was super easy to navigate and upgraded shipping options were reasonably priced. I had a question once my sale was complete and customer service responded immediately, resolving my issue with a cheerful and positive outcome! My new “go-to” shop!

Easy to order, competitive prices and local. Didnt need to use to customer service cause it all went well but judging from their emails - i'm sure after sale support is great. Would definitely use the site and shop again.

Found a Herschel backpack on their website and was on sale. Place my order and was ready to be pick up in an hour. The interior of store is nice and organize. Clerk behind counter was friendly and helpful. My daughter was happy that she found the backpack other stores wasn't carrying. I would shop here again.

I'm going into high school this year and searched for a new backpack. After looking at several backpacks I came across this one. The bag is amazing and surprisingly spacious. If your looking for a minimalist backpack this ones got you covered. The interior of the bag is simple and there's not much going on unlike other bags with several pockets and slots. There's 2 slots inside the bag where you can fit items like your phone and wallet. In addition, there's also 2 fairly large side pockets

Been going to Te Koop for backpacks (this one’s #7... 8?) and I can’t remember how many times friends and strangers have asked me where I got them from. No matter how much time I spend checking out other stores I always end up buying from this place.

Bought a wallet on their website Black Friday (Nov 29th), got an email telling me I'd be notified via another email when the product is available for pick-up in-store. Sent an email on Dec 2nd asking for an estimate on when the order will be ready for pick up. Followed up again on Dec 4th, they replied the same day telling me it's out of stock. I replied on the same day asking why it took them 5 days to tell me a product is out of stock and pointed out that according to theirwebsite the product is still in stock. The same night, they finally marked the item as sold out on their website. No reply

Seemed sketchy. Owner (I'm assuming) was standing behind the counter staring people down but not saying a word to anyone. I'm from out of town and was shopping with my girlfriend and we walked in. She had been looking at bookbags all day when looking at the bag in this store the stiching appeared to be not consitant across the bags. Just did not get a good vibe from this place. I am no expert on this but when the price is too good to be true, it usually is.

I was really ready for this place to be very douchie due to the abundance of Hershel merchandise that decks the front of the store, but the staff here are actually pretty nice. I was totally let down. Haha.

I've only ever bought one thing here, but it's pretty slick. I was in the market for a leather money clip but didn't feel like spending $200 on it: Enter Te Koop and the Will leather money clip. High quality leather, minimalist embossing/branding and quality workmanship, and on sale! Normally $50-55, it was on sale for $42. Sweet deal!

Ordered a new backpack online and received it in the mail a day after! Love the fast shipping, competitive prices, and large selection of new products.

Stumbled into Te Koop because my girlfriend was in search of a new backpack. The first thing that caught my eye was that they carried the Keyway leather cases I have been looking for for a while now so I had to pick one up. The store itself is packed with backpacks, fanny packs, duffel bags, sun glasses, socks, and even some jackets in the back. The customer service here was great and they didn't pester you when you were looking around. Overall this is definitely my go-to for backpacks in the city, especially with such a massive stock of Herschel goods. My girlfriend ended up finding a backpack

So many choices for school bag. I just bought a 13" laptop kanken today. It looks nice and sturdy. It can hold up so many stuffs despite of its look. Great value!

Prepare yourself for a proper post work 730pm shopping experience, but prep to pad your bank account, too. Worth it though for this maybe once a year pop in.

Service was perfect, space lay out of the place doesn't feel too cluttered but there's an abundance

This place is pretty nice! It was pretty hard to find at first, but once I got there, I liked what I saw.

The selection of bags is HUGE. They have one side dedicated to the girls, and the other to the boys.

The companies they supply in the store are not many, but the ones they do- they've got a good selection for. If you're looking into getting a Herschel bag - this is the place to go!

Great place to go if you're looking for a bag. I was looking for a messenger bag, unfortunately the only ones I liked (property of) were out of my price range, but the people there were very helpful, with no additional pressure. I ended up coming back a few times before I choose on a cheaper bag from somewhere else.
Unfortunately, since it was a cheaper bag, I began to have some issues with it, in particular the strap didn't fit well, and it started giving me back problems. I wasn't sure why I came back to Te Koop, but the sales lady (a cutie named Emmy), was extremely helpful

Price wise is not the cheapest... but most of their goods they have here are good quality and definitely worth the price tag!!

I like this store, and last time I went in I ended up leaving with a great pair of practical winter boots (great selection of Pajar!) and a purse. The salesgirl was also really helpful. They do also have a big selection of purses at different price points, including some smaller purses and wallets for $15-$20 and decent sales.

I gave it three stars though because every other time I went in I just sort of walked around and nothing caught my eye.

You can always find something neat!

I love coming here every chance I get after class back when I was in University. I'd usually find a cute purse or accessory that I'd love to take home with me.

I realized that some of their unusual brands are imports from Japan after chatting with one of the girls that work there. Awesome service too (just like in Japan)!

Te Koop is a really interesting accessory store with a hint of clothing and shoes, depending on the season.

On the amazing fashion strip of Queen Street, this store is a couple of blocks down from the MuchMusic building and it definitely a fun place to check out.

They carry a lot of the sporty brands, like Puma and Adidas, so you will have no problem finding sporty-style bags to use as your gym bag, overnight pack or to keep up with your sporty look!
