Pilates mat exercises, yoga postures, including inversions and backbends are a part of the class. Continuing students with previous Pilates and Yoga experience required. Come in to explore yoga through animal postures, simple breathing techniques and hear stories of ancient times. Suitable for ages 3-8, no experience required, children's classes are $10/class.
