I cannot tell you how great these guys are. I called them, got the problem solved, then (being an idiot) didn't listen to what they told me to do (leave the car running), called them back!. and he cAme back, fixed it again, no charge. Come on. Here is my encounter with Express Towing, take from it what you will and make your own informed decisions.
My GF's car was involved in a collision. Express Towing showed up at the accident site without being called. The tow truck driver was pressuring my GF to use their services. The tow truck driver was also wearing flip flops. After speaking with our Insurance, I agreed to have my vehicle towed to our preferred collision center, to which the driver agreed that he would have my vehicle towed to the address I provided him. We waited for a couple of hours at the collision center and no vehicle

We had a tire blowout on the 417 on a Sunday evening. After we couldn't reach roadside assistance, and two other towing companies didn't pick up, Express took our call and sent Sam out right away. He was friendly, fast, and extremely helpful, getting us back on the road in no time. Thank you!

I have had multiple bad experiences with other tow truck companies, but it has been nothing short of a pleasure dealing with Express! I am glad I gave these guys a chance. They were knowledgeable and experienced, helpful, professional, and friendlier than I honestly deserved (I can sometimes rub people the wrong way). I will NEVER waste my time with any of the other local companies after how well they cared for my car and how easy the entire process was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially the driver I had (Jamie)

Got stuck in the ditch this morning, was recommended by someone who stopped to check on me. They had me out of the ditch in 15 minutes and I was back on the road like it never happened. Extremely fair price considering the professionalism and skill theses guys have. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing service and a great experience! I was in a bit of a scary ordeal with my tire coming off while I was driving. I was waiting on the side of the road trying out figure things out, Ali pulled up and helped out immensely by changing our tire and getting us back up and on our way in less than 10 minutes. I can't express our gratitude enough and want to emphasize how nice, calm and helpful the service was. I highly recommend for roadside assistance.

Avoid express towing at all costs they are crooks.
My wife was in an accident they stole her car and kept it for over a month they wouldnt return our calls or the calls from our insurance company and kept it in their lot for a month and a half we were out of a vehicle dont trust them if they show up say no.
Dont let them bully you.

The driver that picked up my damaged car brought it to their lot instead of to the body shop and are demanding a crazy amount of money from my insurance company to release the car. So they have basically stolen the car! A bunch of thieves! DON'T TRUST THEM FOR ONE SECOND! Wait for another towing to show up instead of dealing with these bozos.

I was accidented on 79 exit of 417 highway, their operator showed up and towed my car. I reported to insurance company, and they arrange the CarStar to repair my car. Terrible thing is this Express Towing sh*t ask $3,000 to release the car to the bodyshop. And they still keep holding my car and do not let go. Let's see how worse they can do....

Took the car on Thursday night...Friday day told them to bring to my garage...they did not...they kept the car until the next Tuesday charging 4900$ ..the car is worth 4000$ the other car that was tow by them received he's car the next day...Friday and was charge 3000$...stay away from them...fraud....thief. ..they keep your car and they don't answer there phone...
