Services
Work privately one on one with the instructor of your choice. Their expertise will help guide you towards your goals as they work with you individually to overcome any obstacles and frustrations. You receive 100% of their attention in every class as they work with you to become a better musician with a well rounded and balanced approach.
Private one-on-one lessons are the most effective and efficient way to learn how to play a musical instrument. Your private music instructor becomes your own personal mentor and personal coach committed to your success. Our instructors have found success with both in-person and online classes so the choice is up to you.
A study in 2016 by the University of Southern California's Brain and Creativity Institute found that playing or listening to music early in childhood can increase language development and reading skills. Learning music has also been shown to improve mathematical learning, and problem solving. Exposing children to music early in life helps them develop motor skills, and strengthen memory skills.
You have started to learn your instrument now it's time to put your skills to work and become a pop star. Learning how to play in a band, learning songs as a group and learning how to perform are rarely taught in a private class, and for most musicians this is the most fun part of playing an instrument.
Summer is a wonderful time for music classes, with school out it can add a little structure to the summer and provide children something productive to work on. It gives them a lifelong skill and it is also a lot of fun. Students can choose private one-on-one classes or one of our many group programs.

My 9-year-old son has enjoyed taking guitar lessons here for the last two years and has now added voice. The young passion they have inspired in him is refreshing and his growing confidence to share his voice makes me a very proud parent. Few adults have that confidence to share their gifts...who knows maybe it's time for me to take lessons at the same time and jam with him?? Thank you Studio Nine School Of Music!
