Are you a classically trained musician interested in building a class of students in Calgary? Successful applicants for standard faculty are classically trained, with minimum five years teaching experience. Training & development opportunities available; positive & collaborative personalities are a must!
The private music lesson program at Morin Music Studio in Calgary consists mainly of the weekly private instruction itself, but also includes regular performance opportunities such as group masterclasses, as well as two formal recitals throughout each school year. The beauty of private music lessons is that they can be customized for each individual student's needs, challenges, and desires.
Morin Music Studio launched Morin Music Online in 2018 to extend the reach of formal music education around the world. I have two kids in piano lessons at Morin Music, and I've been really impressed. My kids learn very differently from each other, and we were able to find the right fit of teachers who know how to work with each one.

Morin Music Studio provides students with quality programs and wonderful music teachers. It has been an incredible experience for my son to be instructed by Dr. Michalis. He is fair but firm and has gone out of his way to learn about my son’s genre preferences. Dr. Michalis is not only an accomplished musician but a kind and respectful teacher as well! He even takes the time to reply to my e-mails promptly. I highly recommend him after seeing my son weekly growth and improvement.

My kids have been going to Morin Music for the last several years years. Carmen is amazing, caring and extremely attentive as well as their entire staff. I drive across the city to take my kids to her studio and it is so well worth it. Everyone at the studio are extremely helpful and kind. I could not imagine my kids being at any other facility other than Morin Music Studio. I highly recommend them to anyone.

As a music educator and concert pianist, I trust Carmen and her team to work with my three year son. I chose to have my son start his music training with the Crescendo Kid's program because it was structured, pedagogically sound, gives him and other kids the opportunity to express themselves musically and a chance to explore different musical activities.
What is also important to me is that Carmen is a Certified Music Teacher through The Royal Conservatory of Music. She is certified at three levels: Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced. This certification recognizes Carmen's ability to teach

My son and my self have been a student at Morin Music for the last 4 years taking guitar. I have seen the studio grow steady to include Piano, Suzuki Piano, Flute, Guitar acoustic/electric, Cello and Voice instructors.
We have had a very positive experience with our lessons. I have referred many people to start or continue their music lessons at Morin Music.
