This store has some of the best store associates I have ever had the pleasure of working with (and I’ve worked in sales for my entire career)!!! I had the pleasure of working with Tim, and he made me feel at ease with my first bike purchase, albeit during a pandemic inventory shortage. I use Brant Cycle for all of my bicycle repair and maintenance requirements. I really like their frank approach on service needed. They inspect bikes at drop off and quote the price they expect, and call you before doing anything that is beyond the quote. My family's bikes run like new after coming out of a Brant Cycle's Tune Up. Highly recommended.

I have been a loyal customer of Brant Cycle for over 20 years. They always go above and beyond what is required. Several times during the pandemic they have set realistic expectations (especially in terms of delivery timing) and have always exceeded their commitments. I would highly recommend Brant Cycle to anyone from entry level (and kids cycling) up to avid cyclists.

Once I had purchased my items I was given an email notification that the order was processed, and another once the item was shipped. Shipping was fast! I got the item sooner than I anticipated. I picked up my new bike from Brant Cycle over the weekend and I was very happy with the service and communication throughout the process. The staff who helped me with the pickup were professional and very accommodating.
Due to the pandemic, supplies for anything bike related takes a while. I ordered my bike last year in November 2020, and I was told it could arrive as early as February 2021 or as late as July 2021. The bike ended up arriving at the start of July.

I was looking for bikes for my children and wasn’t aware that there are no bikes in most stores or online, but I was able to purchase with selection from Brant Cycle. Brought my giant Frc in ..I’ve always taken Excellent care of this bike...just wanted the gears tweaked ...they convinced me to get an “advanced tune up” ..that cost 90 dollars...the result, my bike was clean when I gave it to them...got it back 5 days later...with black oil smudged all over the white frame. Had to have them adjust the brakes and… the worst part....my gears shifted horribly when I went for a ride the next day!! The owner didn’t even want to talk to me and simply told one of his employees to gave me my money back, thanks btw.
