Can't say enough good things about Rock and Road. A small quaint shop but always there to provide a great service when needed (even during these trying times with parts and bike shortages).
We bought a Devinci Hatchet earlier this season off them and have been my go-to LBS since. They've helped me out on countless occasions from seating my stubborn tubeless, spare parts and general all-around guidance.
Don't overlook the smaller local shops! Highly recommend. 🤘

I had a major accident with my MTB: bent chainstays, broken spokes, broken chain, derailleur inside the rear wheel. I was sure the bike was beyond repair. Scott was able to find a replacement chainstays and fix the rest of my components to get me going again. Very quick and friendly service. Most of the wait was for the parts to arrive. Highly recommended. Great LBS.

Quite a rude owner. I took my bike for a minor repair, the owner dismissed it as “piece of crap”. He went on to say that it would cost me more to fix it than the actual cost of the bike, which could be his professional 3-second assessment but I strongly disagree with it.
The road bike I have is a lesser known brand but has an aluminum frame, which… doesn’t come cheap. All I needed was a tire change!
Not a very intelligent choice of words to start a conversation with a customer. I didn’t bother to stay a minute longer.
Not going back ever. Wouldn’t recommend

I’m a newbie cyclist and was participating in a long ride. I was having difficulty with my gears and he saved certain catastrophe. I did not have a scheduled maintenance but he squeezed me in and fixed my bent derailleur bracket along with gear indexing. Scott Dennis Rocks! My new shop.

Excellent local bike shop, was recommended by a friend. Went there last September to price out a few entry level bikes and after discussing with Scott my budget and my plans on where I am taking the bike, he… put me in the right direction and I was walking out with a new Rocky Mountain Soul! There was no sales pressure at all and explained all the differences between my options. I've since needed multiple tweeks done and Scott been very helpful in dealing with my bike if there is an issue, as well as recommending certain items that would benefit myself when riding.
