I purchased a 24 speed Giant mountain bike from this store and the graphite rear chain derailer broke well riding downhill on a bumpy trail and the damage was extensive and almost the full value of the bike.
Derailer,rear rim,derailer cable,rear brake cable and chain were all destroyed.
Main Cycle warranted the repairs and probably didn't have to.
They repaired my bike at no cost to me and I'm still very grateful for that.
This was 33 years ago and I still have the bike which I recently pulled out to get back out there to ride.I'm not into writing reviews but I feel they deserve the positive

Anthony worked on 2 old trek bikes for a couple of days. He returned both bikes like new. My husband's 31 year old Trek bike had a lot of issues. My Trek bike had gear issues since a month after I bought it 7 years ago (due to a bike rack), the dealer in Oakville was never able to fix the problems. I appreciate the excellent work and prompt service. There was a small difference of $10 on the estimate for one of the bikes. Anthony called me right away for me to approve the repair. Thanks Main Cycle!
