Once you sign up for the this gym it's very difficult to cancel your membership you must go into the office and they make it very difficult. I had an extenuating circumstance which they cared nothing about. Be aware before signing any contracts with this gym. Besides, the gym is dirty and equipment is outdated.

Dirtiest gym ever. I had many Staphylococcus infection at this gym.
Members do not whip equipment down after using. If you say anything you will be Bullied.
Talk to staff and nothing will be done.
Left this gym and now I have to fight for a refund because I paid a year up front. Still waiting, looking forward to going to court to get my refund.

Excellent gym! Iv been here since day 1 and have no reason to switch to another gym. Friendly staff, good and clean equipment and rarely overcrowded. Some of friends go to other gyms in the area and are constantly complaining about it being too busy. You dont have to worry about that at 5 Star. Steam room is a bonus

Whatever you do. DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS GYM! Management is extremely rude. There is mold everywere in there male washroom. They dont call you when you miss a payment and just send you through to collections. They are thieves and take money from your bank account and when you goto ask why they are taking money from you! They claim thats there policy and hang up the phone on you.
I repeat DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS GYM. There is a beautiful gym called Goodlife Fitness sign up there if you are in need of a gym membership.

A money hungry business that genuinely does not care about the well-being of their clients. They will lock you into personal training contracts that have a "no cancellation policy" and does not care about how valid your reason to terminate is. Know your rights. Find yourself a reputable gym and do not support this greedy company.
