It is closed now. We have prepared for your alternative places to buy different bikes in Vancouver or on the Internet. Now you should not be upset about the closure of your favourite brand. We are proud to have our corporate VIP clients who care about their employees' health and provide workers with great bicycles.

The largest Vancouver companies are among these clients: Creation Technologies, Pacific Blue Cross, CasinoValley, Telus Corp, and Finning International. Since the stores in Vancouver have closed down, you'll need to compare and learn about different kinds of bikes online before buying. Cruising the city to your favorite coffee shop is great when you have the right city bike.

Always friendly and helpful. Getting a bike from here as I have done the past few years ensures ongoing complementary tune-ups. Recently they have gone out of their way to ensure a part was replaced and fixed under warranty.

I went there to tune up my commuter bike about a month ago and quite frankly i don't know what I paid for, My disc brakes were not tightened, which is a safety issue; I can't change gears to the smallest front gear when I really need it and my chain was not cleaned properly, they just added lubricant. I know my bike is not fancy and high end, however, I believe I should get better service then this.

Wonderful, patient and very knowledgeable staff that helped a newbie learn everything she needed to know about bikes. The guys there spend more than the average amount of time ensuring all your questions are answered. I came away with the perfect bike for me and that's all anyone could really ask for. Great deals, friendly and passionate staff. They even offer free tunes on the bike for life and told me to call in anytime I have any questions... They've gained a customer for life! Highly recommend this place

Bought two bikes, asked to return one as I wanted a larger size. Perfect service, great attitudes, good prices and discounts. I've bought many bikes in many different bikes stores across the world, and this one has been the best experience.

Had a great experience purchasing a bike from Different Bikes on the weekend.
Friendly staff, solid products including a lot of local brands.

Went in just looking for some air and they completely gave it to me for free. The tech notified me there was a leak in my tire and they replaced the tube for cheap and then installed it. They went on to fix up my brakes, my frame and everything without blinking an eye. Throughout the whole time they were courteous and went out of their way to show me how the fixes worked and what they were doing. A great experience as I learned more about bikes and got my old vintage bike into much better condition - ALL FOR CHEAP! Great store and definitely going here for all my biking concerns.

Excellent service. I had to make an appointment for a repair. On the day of the repair, service was very fast. They called me before changing an expensive part, as requested. They really went the extra mile and fixed a bunch of extra stuff for the same price.

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming experience. Walked into the store, but no one was willing to help. I asked one of the workers if they had anymore gloves other than the small carousel they had, and he replied rudely saying "yea, is that not enough for you?" Then he remembers there's another shelf with more glove selections.
Apart from crappy service, this shop also:
- lacks inventory and choices because the shop is so small
- has horrible parking.
Don't bother shopping here unless you know specifically what you need and they have it. You're better off making the effort to go to larger shops
