So I wanted to wait a while to make sure everything was good, and yes it's amazing! Everyone in this place is fantastic, the service was second to none!
This was my first motorcycle and the owner Steve helped me so much, the guy even lent me a helmet until mine was delivered and drove me to icbc to register the bike.
Honestly fantastic service all round! The electric motorbike I bought is the best. Tiny issue getting my government rebate but they sorted it out almost instantly! If your looking for a quality product and great service give these guys a shout.

I have a Motorino bike that was discontinued: they will not service it, they cannot source parts, they will not act as the intermediary to remedy the problem. They have given me the name of a 3rd party to assist. I don't really understand ebikes, so I asked if they could help me (the answer was no).
The substance of my review is how the owner speaks to people. Steve Miloshev contacted me and I have grave concerns about his understanding of basic human rights and professionalism (I'm attaching a photo of the thread, it speaks for itself).

Extremely unprofessional staff and manger, I have a Motorino Ebike and took an appointment for service and we agreed that I don't have to leave my bike for 1 week we agreed I bring it and take it the same day because I am working with my bike I do food delivery, and they told me they will contact me next week when my tarn comes and its been 2 weeks and they did not call I called today (because my bike stopped working today) and asked them again and they said no we can't do that I still have to leave it there so today I lost money because of them and will keep losing money till I can find a company

I bought a Super Soco from here about a month ago and had an excellent experience. Steve, Anil, Keti, Liam and the rest of the team at Motorino Electric were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient during every one of my visits. I really appreciate the time and care that they took to answer my many questions. I highly recommend going down to the shop to test ride and buy some of their products.

Wow! Amazing experience! I came over from the island to test drive and bought a Kollter/tinbot Es1 pro. The staff went above and beyond to help make everything happen same day.
The selection was amazing, ready for test driving. Paperwork was smooth and detailed. This team is amazing from start to finish. I just can't say enough about how impressed I am!

I was very pleased with my recent service at Motorino in Vancouver, and in particular with Liam, the young man I dealt with several times. He was respectful, he listened carefully to a somewhat tricky issue with the electronics on my e-bike and understood what I was getting at, and he kept me updated over a 3-day process. Once the problem was clearly identified, the work was done very quickly and Liam let me know right away. Because he was attentive and flexible, they managed to send me away for a much lower cost than originally anticipated.

I recently finished the first 500 kms on my Super Soco TC. Thanks to the superb staff at Motorino Vancouver - Steve and Keti patiently led me through this great adventure on my first electric motorcycle. My first 77km trip from Horseshoe Bay to Maple Bay was soon followed by many trips to Salt Spring Island. Seeing greenery up close, hearing the birds sing and the breeze whisper as I quietly ride along. I would like to give this place no stars! Do not buy your bike here. the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!! we have had trouble with our bikes and every time they need repair it takes forever, no one picks up the phone, no one answers you back, and when you do speak with the woman there who is an owner she is rude and disrespectful and does not seem to care at all about what you need. I wish I would have bought my bike somewhere else.

I purchased my Motorino scooter seven years ago. I don’t have a car and use it as main transportation. I take my spouse from work almost every day. For seven years I have run it for 45,000 km. If I had to pay for the same distance for gas and insurance for all these years it would’ve cost me $5,000 for gas and $10,000 for insurance. I have replaced my batteries three times - $380 each time and have paid for some repairs no more than $1000 for all these years. If I have to add the parking and the maintenance for a car for seven years that would easily cost me at least another $2,000.

In the spring I was looking for an ebike for my dad and myself. When I visited this shop I looked around and then I waited for someone to help me. I was not acknowledged at all. I felt invisible. I gave the staff lots of time to make eye contact with me and just give a quick 'I be with you shortly', but they gave me zero attention. I will not return. There are other places who want my business.

Totally disappointed. Terrible customer service. They don't even get back to you. Had to pay for a problem that was a "frame" issue and they wouldn't stand behind their bikes. The "fix" didn't fix and was broken after one ride. I gave up on them. My local bike store tried to speak with them to solve the problem as they said they had never encountered a bike company that wouldn't stand behind a frame issue. E- ride told them they were "making them have a bad day." Never again.

Looks great initially but with in 2 weeks my bike literally started falling apart!The plate fell off,the pedal fell off,the brakes started failing and the connector on the charger fell apart.Everytime something happens you have to usually wait to get it serviced and it costs alot just to maintain it.Some of the service guys are great while other staff are just plain rude.I ride my bike to work 3 times a week so there isnt alot of excessive strain on it but when I went in to complain about things falling off the owner accused me of taking the bike off-road?Several years ago I bought a cheap e bike

I've been a client of motorino for many years, unfortunately. From the beginning it's been a disappointment. The scooters are poor quality and break very often. Their service is terrible, they blame the costumer for everything. They inflate quotes,are dishonest and arrogant. You go there to fix something that only broke because the components are poor quality and they will charge you all sorts of unnecessary fixings without notice. All of the sudden you owe them $200. Wow, what bad service. was ignored by the staff. stood around for 20 minutes before i got help. this looks like a mom and pop operation as it's an older husband and wife team who run the shop and they were the ONLY staff in the shop. it was clear that they had no idea what they were doing as they were all over the place. it almost looked like they had never worked in a store before. when i did get help, the guy would stop in the middle of helping me to go and help someone else. he would even stop me in the middle of a question so be could answer his phone. i was going to drop a couple grand

I was a fan of Motorino a few years back but have had the worst customer service and e-bike service over the past year or two. Don't get me wrong - I still love my scooter - it is the business itself that has become less and less desirable. I have been given variable quotes, rude service, and found that rather than try to resolve issues, staff address any unfavorable review of a product by blaming the customer - never the product.
