We can fix specific issues to get you back on the road. We will call to confirm before any major part replacements. Our repair shop service rate is $70/hr. All services are subject to 5% gst and do not include part costs. Bike repairs are generally done within 24 hours but part availability and seasonal demands may affect turnaround times.

I am a regular customer of this rental bike store, and I usually get a good service. This time was different. The road was wet and we haven’t been advised that the Tandem bike didn’t have any fenders. By the time we realized it, we were already far and came back full of mud. Not ideal when you travel. Please just advise your customers properly next time. Thank you

After reserving the evening before, our friends and us ended up getting a private bike tour for four by Jeremy. We have done several tours over the years in North America and Europe and this one was up there in terms of overall quality. The bikes are reasonably high end and in very good condition and the route was well balanced between city attractions and Stanley Park. Most importantly, Jeremy was informative, laid back and displayed obvious pride in showcasing this beautiful city. Merci beaucoup.

Such fast, friendly, delightful staff. My daughter had brought her own bike and I had to rent as I don't have a bike rack for the car. She saw new streamers and a bell and the staff was so sweet and put on the new accessories for her. She was thrilled and had an excellent ride and I could tell she was so proud of her cool bike;) The staff was super efficient and organized. Also great bikes and very reasonable pricing.

What an awesome experience renting bikes from this spot - a 5-star experience. The staff are certainly friendly and very efficient at setting you up on bikes and getting you on the road/trails. The prices are very reasonable and the location is convenient to access all the bike lanes feeding Stanley Park and various beach routes. We rented a few beach cruisers, city commuters and an e-bike. Highly recommend this place for bike rentals in town!

Toronto native here looking for a good time biking and came across these guys as my first option into renting bikes. Absolutely amazing staff and the bikes themselves are well maintained and feel really really good. Been here a couple times so far on my vacation and I can't seem to go anywhere else for a rental cause of these guys! Definitely a go to spot if you wanna hit up the bike paths in Stanley Park or if you're up for a long ride out to UBC. Really good pricing especially for the service you get from them and also the bikes themselves. Coming back here next time I'm in the city.

Rented a tandem bike from here for a half day. No hassle pickup, helmets provided, also a handlebar pouch which was helpful. Price ws reasonable and somewhat cheaper than some nearby competitors.
The bike itself has clearly seen some use, so it was not a new bike. Despite this, it handled beautifully. The disc brakes were well calibrated and responsive. The steering was smooth, the gearshift mechanism was flawless. The tires were well inflated and performed well even on the gravel trails inside stanley park. Located next to sunset beach. Has all kinds of bikes, including kids' bikes. Very friendly and very helpful staff. We rented a few weeks back. The staff found the right bike for my kids. Good quality bikes and all were well maintained. We had our own helmets so did not use theirs'. While coming back, we were lost due to bike path construction. It was closing time. They called to check if we are returning or not. And they waited for us to come back, way past closing time.

Their bikes were amazing and it wasn’t expensive at all to rent one. I took the hybrid bike (not as comfortable as the cruiser but very fast). The staff was super friendly and informative. They gave us the Stanley park trail to do and it was a very nice ride! Took us about an 1hr to do it all (we stopped a couple of times for pictures within that hour)
