When I spent Thanksgiving day looking for a way to seal my broken passenger side window in the parking lot of the Home Depot, someone recommended Allset Auto Glass, having dealt with them, getting the repair done within a day. I wasn't going to hold my breath but I called them the next day. Crystal their receptionist was so incredibly helpful and assisted me in figuring out which window I would need. When she told me they had to order it, I lost hope to have it in time for my return home to the Northwest Territories on Saturday. However she went on to say they'd have it by that afternoon

My car was broken into and window smashed late in the day and right before a long holiday weekend. Fortunately I drove by All Set and found Dan and King still at the shop and willing to take the car into the garage, saving me a lot of hassle. The next day they took care of all of the insurance paperwork (including the extra insurance that covered my deductible), parts ordered and repairs done by the end of the day. Dan and his team are simply superb! They were a silver lining to an otherwise distressing situation. I highly recommend All Set.

2 years ago, AllSet replaced the leaky windshield on my 90's jeep and it was a FANTASTIC experience. Staff were friendly, service was superb, the result was solid.
I have no idea what happened.
I called last week to have my rear window replaced due to a break in. The man I spoke to was rude, he interrupted me when I was speaking, and I got the distinct impression that he was in a rush to get me off the phone. He never gave me a timeframe for when the glass would be coming in or when I should bring my car by. I was assuming that it would be a similar experience to getting the windshield done

When my window was broken and shattered glass everywhere in the car, I first went to Speedy and got nothing but attitude, rejection, and disrespect. I called with teary eyes and these guys were true gentlemen. They fixed the car, dealt with me with respect, and kindness. AllSet Auto Glass people are not just glass repairmen, but kind humans who care about others. An added bonus is being next to cool coffee shops, restaurants, nail salons and stores worth checking out while you wait for your car. I had exceptional customer service from Dan and team after finding myself with a severely cracked windshield (from debris off of a truck) while returning from a long road trip. All the regional shops I called had long wait times, some by days, so I made the final 4 hour drive back to Vancouver after calling ALLSET. I arrived at 1:30 and they completed the job same day by staying late. They did EXCEPTIONAL work on a job that required a necessary recalibration

Had the joy of having my car broken into during a trip to Vancouver, but AllSet got me straightened out and on the road that same day! Cory was a great help and really understanding throughout the whole process! It's one of those things where you hope you don't need to go there (if you know what I mean), but it's nice to know that there's a good place like AllSet if you need it.

Cracked windshield from forever ago, always a bit of a nightmare trying to deal with ICBC and insurance claims. Service could not be more friendly, efficient or painless! Cory was super awesome sauce, found the replacement glass in a jiffy and had my car ready same day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, just wished they fixed more than glass! I wouldn't bother going anywhere else, these guys are top notch.

Super fast, excellent and efficient service. I highly recommend using these guys (small local business owners in the Riley Park community trying to stay afloat. I called them at 10am, dropped my car off on my way back from work at 2pm, they had my windshield replaced by 4:30! I wasn't expecting it until the next day. And the cherry on top - my car was vacuumed and cleaned when I picked it up. Seriously, Can I say something negative about Allset? Nope. Dan is the man with a serious commitment to making you satisfied with your windshield needs. We had our whole windshield replaced. He had to order the glass three times as the first two was damaged. But he didn't give up and we only had a little delay as we were waiting around in the area. Thank goodness Main Street has some of the best eats around. So by the time we stuffed ourselves and took the kids out to the local park to play in the water park, we hardly noticed the slight delay. Absolutely amazing!! My car got broken into and they were fantastic with their service! Not only did they get everything fixed within 4 hrs, they didn't charge me a premium either compared to what other places would have charged me (including my own car dealership). And in addition to fixing my window, vacuuming up all the glasses, King also helped me take out something that was stuck in my car's back window pane without me asking him to do so. If you do need any auto glass repaired, I absolutely recommend this place!!

I had a cracked windshield and phoned around. I phoned the usuals (there's really only 3 or 4 vendors). I had questions and called everyone starting with the names that I knew the best. One of the vendors didn't let me get a word in edgewise till I had given my phone number, car, etc. As I was just asking questions I got a quote. I proceeded to get calls from the vendor for the next few days offering me 'deals'.
The kicker is that the cost is largely covered by ICBC.

Absolutely outstanding service. Took the car in at 5pm one day, windshield was replaced the following day. Not only that, but they gave me a ride to and from the SkyTrain station so I could commute to work. Like the previous reviewer, I rarely give reviews but they went so above and beyond I felt like I needed to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I love my car and don't trust leaving it at any Shop. These guys told me even though they did mobile service that it would not have been best for my type of repair needed. Trusting all the yelp reviews i left my baby with these guys.....
They found rust under the old Glass from a poor job with shortcuts taken. Didn't even call me to tell me or ask for more money, they just wire brushed out the rust and sealed it with the proper sealant to ensure it will not rust again!

If it were possible to give AllSet 10+ stars out of 5 I would. After having been there for two different incidents in the last couple years, I can confidently say they offer unparalleled customer service. Both times I have left there feeling as though I was treated like a friend or family member rather than a customer. They truly care about the… people that come to them looking for help. On top of the great customer service, their prices are already great and they take the time to explain exactly what you're paying for. Turn around time is shockingly fast as well. I got my windshield replaced for the third time in two years (on Jan 11) thanks to all the highway driving I do and all the dump trucks throwing rocks at my car causing cracks and splits. Kingsway Honda recommended that I go to AllSet Auto Glass the first time it happened and I have not gone to any other place since then. Dan, the owner, is straightforward and friendly and his estimates for time and cost are accurate. As it is a ICBC Glass Express shop, they deal with the claim and paperwork process for you. It's located in a convenient area with lots of shops and food within walking distance
