They seem to know what they are doing with glass repairs but are poorly organized from a customer service standpoint. I booked an appointment for glass repair and upon arrival was told they could not do it that day. This changed when the owner asked me "Oh, you are the one with the appointment?" 10 days later, as it turns out the repaired crack in my windshield spread (which is NOT the fault of ProSight as the crack was very low near the edge of the glass). I came here as Volvo sends their auto glass work here and because of the Google ratings.
With a smashed window, I called Volvo of North Van to ask about who does their glass work, and if they had the glass I needed in stock. Luckily, they had one in their nearest warehouse in Seattle, so I was hopeful for a quick repair.
I called and ProSight's receptionist was very friendly. I sent an email with my policy and a picture on a Tuesday and I hoped it would be scheduled soon. A couple days passed, nothing. Finally a call, but they were having trouble sourcing the glass, so it wouldn't be done by

My mint condition Mini Clubman's front windshield was hit by a stone thrown up off Hwy #1 by a car in the adjacent lane. After getting home, I searched for Auto Glass Repair in North Vancouver, and found the top 10 listings on Yelp, so I started contacting them. The first two places I visited said that the crack could not be repaired, because the splinter was too long (about 3 cm), and they both said that I needed to replace the windshield. From previous experience over the last several decades, I did not believe them so I continued searching until I found ProSight Auto Glass near Capilano

I choose ProSight for my windshield repair due to all the amazing reviews and I have no regrets. Not only were they professional and fast, they also arranged and covered the cost of my rental car and submitted all the paperwork for ICBC, BCAA & Optiom insurance. They made the process completely hassle free and so easy. They were also incredibly accommodating and impressed me by waiting for me (and arranging for the rental car shop to wait as well) when I was late to drop my car off because I was stuck at work. Sia at ProSight is very friendly and professional. I had the rear passenger glass panel of my truck shatter due to freeze thaw, and he and his team quickly vacuumed all the glass shards out and applied plastic to the opening while the replacement piece was being ordered.
Once the install of the new piece was completed, there was no evidence anything had happened.
Sia is also very honest. If your windshield Glass has a minor chip in it and doesn't actually require filling, he will let you know, instead of selling you on a repair that isn't truly necessary.

Highly recommend ProSight. I had a modest rock chip in my windshield. Happened on Monday evening, I called ProSight mid day Tuesday, they had me in for a chip repair at noon on Wednesday and were done by 12:30. I just walked 1/2 block to the mall and had a cup of coffee and then walked back. ProSight even dealt with and billed ICBC for me through my comprehensive insurance. Sia and all the staff are extremely personable. An overall great experience.

Top notch service! Excellent communication, kept me updated, arranged a rental for me, helped convince ICBC to cover the rental, was able to get an original GM windshield. Very friendly, good people and great shop! I recommend these guys over everyone else.

Also known as Prowide Glass, this business is top notch. So very friendly and efficient and conveniently located a 5 minute walk to Capilano Mall. They did a great job handling my claim with ICBC, and had the replacement done the following week. I really recommend this place.

So my front windshield got a huge rock chip on it the other week. Called in and spoke to Sia, he was so nicely and friendly. He explained everything to me and book in my car to have the windshield replaced. Long story short. He did an amazing job. I drive a new BMW and there is no way anyone can tell the windowshield has even been replaced. Wonderful job Prowide. Will use you guys again.

So a few weeks ago as I was driving in Surrey right behind a big truck I heard a smash and my window was cracked. Very unfortunate.
So I had to bring my car for an oil change so my good friend from Marci Auto recommended pro wide for my window replacement. Originally took my 04' clk 320 windshield to be replaced here since it was close to my work and my mechanic was located right next to him. Job was done perfectly along with friendly service. Took my second car in for chip repairs and they made it a breeze for me. Highly recommended. Will come back for any windshield repairs/replacement.

I've had bad luck and my rear windshield was broken. I called Pro-Wide Glass, so got speedy(just in a day) and professional services.

I just had a window panel replaced that was broken after a break and enter. I called pro wide after weeks of waiting for a quote from other companies. Pro wide was very speedy at getting back to me, sending someone to take measurements, ordering the glass and scheduling installation. All told the process took less than a week,. They were pleasant to communicate with and were very professional. I'd use them again.

I spoke with Peggy, the lovely receptionist who directed me to send an e-mail to Hamid following up on our conversation to get a quote on a window replacement: The glass is that really thin, slightly frosted glass, with the wire meshing thru it.

Hamid responded within an hour which was impressive. They didn't have what were were looking for 100%, however, based on the information that we provided in the e-mail they offered a reasonable substitution and price quote sans labor. This review is based on the communication only.

My car window was smashed the day before we were to expect a cold snap. From the moment I called to set up an appointment, their customer service was beyond expectations. They offered to order the glass in that day and stay to ensure the window was replaced that same day .
When I dropped off my car, the owner, Hamid, introduced himself to me and I realized he was the pleasant voice on the phone. The customer service continued through to the moment I drove off and he stood on the side of the road waving goodbye and Happy Holidays as I drove off.

Hamid runs a great business dedicated to great customer service. I was dropping off my keys late at night for some auto glass replacement and instead of letting me take a cab to the Sea Bus, he gave me a ride and waited to make sure that it was still running. He even called ICBC on my behalf to make the claim for the windshield repair.

I will be recommending Pro-Wide Glass for tinting & window replacement to my friends.
