Lynette has been in dental care since 1998, with ten years spent in the field of periodontics. She's the mother of three gorgeous girls, and happily married. When not helping patients have healthy smiles, she enjoys spending time at the family cottage in Sauble Beach. Leah graduated with honors from Niagara College in 2012 and has been with Dentistry on Parkdale since 2018.
We love visiting with our patients on a regular basis. Professional dental care is not designed to occur on an "as needed" basis as a reaction to a developing dental problem. This approach to oral health consumes more time and costs more money in the end. Instead of letting an uncomfortable problem dictate when you see your dentist, we encourage you to maintain a schedule of professional care every six months.

I have been going to Dentisty on Parkdale since Dr. Ho started her clinic there and I am overwhelmed by how pleasant all the staff is in the office.
Dr. Ho is professional and knowledgeable in her craft. She takes her time with you and you never feel rushed. The dental hygienists are very caring and always address my issues with a bad neck ( always offer me a pillow), my latex allergy and sensitive teeth. No one likes to go to the dentist but they make the experience while you are there non stressful. Thank you for the great care you provide.

I took my daughter to get a filling and the staff were amazing! They treated me with the utmost respect. As I was there I inquired about my upper denture that was giving me a hard time by me gagging every time I put them in! Dr. Ho said she could fix my problem and insisted I go home! Bring them back and she would fix them!! Within 40 minutes she had them fixed and fitting my mouth and I don't have that gag reflex anymore. It has been 2 years since I had my uppers in and now I don't want to take them out!!! Thank you Dr Ho and staff. Big smiles 😁😁

DR.Karen Ho and her team at Dentistry On Parkdale are the " BEST" in all of Hamilton, highly recommend for anyone looking for Dentist. My two sons had there first check ups, Lynette the hygienist was sooo patient with them and explained what was happening and what to expect, great job. Sheryl the front desk associate is so welcoming upon arriving getting the kids excited to have there teeth brushed. Great job everyone, see you next appointment

Really disappointed from my experience. They did not investigate the cause of my pain on tooth 36 and wanted to charge my benefits in full to investigate an improper bite and then reshape my teeth. I spent almost 2 hours talking to the dentist about her approach - it felt like a sales pitch. After a second opinion and a dentist that referred me to a specialist to get dental cone-beam computed tomography to investigate, I was diagnosed with rarifying osteitis under my tooth. If I had gone with Dr. Ho's advise at Parkdale, I would have had nothing left on my benefits and my infection would have been

1. The level of professionalism is through the roof here everyone from the reception desk to the hygienist and dentist are extremely courteous and kind when speaking with you
2. They truly embrace technology. I personally love that they send you a little reminder text 2 days in advance asking you to confirm your appointment. They also have large tv monitors so they can show you whats happening and explain to you what needs to be done

The level of customer service provided at Dentistry on Parkdale is top notch. They explain everything that is going on in a way is that everyone can understand. I have had constant issues with the same teeth and Dr. Ho has been the only Dentist who has been able to solve the issue. Silvia, Sheryl and Irene at the front are very kind and helpful and are willing to go above and beyond. Lynette is an amazing hygienist with years of experience. Best cleanings I've ever gotten.
