Unfortunately not professional. The other property manager, Mike Young, is better, but you are not likely to get him, so choose another company, Our strata now has legal issues and many problems as a result.

The person below seems to have gotten a discount. $75 dollars an hour to review security footage is a steal. No pun intended. A person’s bike was stolen from the parkade/ their parking spot on the 3 third floor and Mike Young told the person that the cost to review footage would be $120.00 an hour… A grand total of $8600 dollars. Keep in mind that the Parkade requires fob access. Either it’s someone in the building stealing or someone was trespassing. Anyway, this information was relayed to the police. Mike Young is a scumbag, and you’d be hard pressed to find anyone his company serves who disagrees.
When my furniture got stolen from our buildings lobby because his company took 3 days to fix a broken elevator, meaning we were unable to bring it to our apartment on the 5th floor, Mike Young tried to charge me nearly $2000 (not a typo) to review security camera footage so that we might be able to file a claim. He was asking for $75 per hour to review it, refusing to send it to us so that we might do it ourselves ( the sofa which was stolen from us was worth less than he was asking to review

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Mike Young was who managed my building. He did not give notice for work on the building, he is not helpful or friendly to talk to. The elevator is constantly broken and I require a wheelchair. When calling Mike to check in about it he was always short and made me feel like a burden.

Stay away from this management company and the owner. Very unprofessional and rude with poor communication skills.
Cost my family a great deal of stress and financial losses.

Unfortunately, my interactions with Mike Young as my strata manager have been disappointing unprofessional. I’m very uncomfortable having to interact with him as his responses are typically very aggressive and unnecessarily harsh. He has lost or failed to file valuable documentation regarding strata fees and other pertinent details. He has failed to reply to questions asked and when I’ve expressed my frustration he replies in a very hostile manner. I wish I could report something more positive, but in my experience Mike has not represented my interests in a satisfactory manner.

Mr Mike Young is an amateur and unprofessional clown masquerading as a property manager. He does not follow the laws set by the province and has no intentions to resolve a conflict equitably. As this and numerous other reviews reflect, you should avoid this company at all costs

Property management companies tend to have a bad reputation, and trust me I've dealt with my share of poor service in the past, but our experience this past weekend with Michael R. was outstanding. We had a serious water pipe issue in our unit and Michael showed up within 10 minutes of calling on a Sunday night with the plumber right behind him. Not only did he understand the gravity of situation and arrived immediately, he helped out as much as he could, and then followed up first thing with us the next morning. I'm not sure I could ask for better service or communication from him. Thanks, Michael

As property managers for our townhouse for over 6 years, the personnel at Dynamic were always very responsive, professional, and kept excellent records of all financial transactions related to the property. The vetting of tenants, and the subsequent monitoring of them during their tenancy, was well done.
