I had an older property sitting empty, Alex K. Mozaffarian came and took one look at it and advised me on a few quick upgrades to get top dollars on rent. While doing my renos he was already advertising and scheduling a showing and the day I completed the renos he had multiple prospects lined up to see the house the same day. By the end of that day he had 3 applicants that he screened. Two weeks later the place was occupied by great tenants, who have already extended their lease.
