Located in Beamsville, Ontario, we provide comprehensive, recreational dance, and personalized dance classes for kids! I started dancing when I was 5 years old with RAD method, and when I was 12 I switched to the Cecchetti Method. From the age of 13 to 18 I was trained by Professional Ballerina Masha Stom.
This is where she gave me the opportunity to teach while being a part of her Dance Company, and this is where I fell in love with teaching. At 18, I was accepted to the National Ballet School's 3 year intensive teachers training program, where I received my Associate status with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.

This studio is wonderful! The teachers are great with their students. I was very impressed on how smoothly the recital flowed last year (our first year with this studio), if there was chaos behind the scenes the audience couldn't tell. The director has done a wonderful job at keeping up the dancers routine throughout covid too. Excited for my daughter to continue at the studio for many years to come.

From the very beginning, Ms. Brenda, Ms. Rena, and the members of the studio have been welcoming, encouraging, and kind. Not only have I improved as a dancer throughout my time with Niagara Dance & Fitness, but I have had a wonderful time connecting with others in my community. I am so excited to continue dancing next season!

My daughters have started at the studio since they were little tots and now my oldest has been dancing competitively going on her third year. It has helped her come out of her shell, she is able to stand up for herself and others, she take disappointments gracefully and is always supportive of others no matter what. I look forward to watching my… youngest become just as strong as she goes down the road of competitive dancing. Dancing isn’t just about dance, smiles, makeup, hair, tutus and trophies. It is about the friendships and bonds they create through the good and the ugly. It
