Fast service, but I really hate how lazy taxi drivers are now. I'm a single mother with a toddler, and when a taxi picks me up from grocery shopping they don't even get out of the car to help me at all. They just watch while I struggle to load all my bags and my stroller and then buckle my daughter in. I just find that very rude and inconsiderate.

I arranged a taxi 2 days before trying to avoid any kind of problem or delay that cold be possible booking in the same morning and they did not appear, it was the worst experience I have had with a taxi company. I called them twice and the kept saying that the taxi will be in te pick up point in 5-10min because the were busy, but the day I booked everything seems to be ok, truth is that never appeard. So disappointed, I never expected so bad service in a country like Canada, ungry and dissappointed. I put 1star because there is no way to put none.

My friend took their taxi from the airport to her place in Coquitlam. She forgot the Covid test kit, a power bank and an iPhone charger. My friend and I called them several times in 2 days, they were rude and hung up on us after putting us on hold for 3 times. On our 4th attempt, the call center staff was nicer, she m told us she checked with the taxi driver and he found nothing in the car.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience today. Our fist ever taxi ride and the taxi experience was amazing. The dispatcher was polite and accurate with time of wait. The driver of G59 was prompt with a call and told me 5 to 7 mins.. he actually arrived in 5mins. He engaged with my daughter and shared laughs, answered her questions about… the different equipment and camera in taxi. He made her first ever experience in a taxi memorable. To interact in such an professional yet sweet manner with a 6 year old kid was remarkable. We even got a picture for her memory book. I would recommend

I had the worst taxi experience today with this company. The vehicle that picked me up reeked of booze. Not only that but the guy took me to the wrong place and I told him only for him to argue and get mad at me saying I gave the wrong address when I didn’t. These guys wonder why Uber is taking over, I wonder why. You’re all rude and don’t deserve the business. Sticking to Uber from now on.

Brutal. Their driver smashes into my car today and then takes off! No note. Nothing. Way to go guys. Thank God there were two independent witnesses who saw it all and took pictures of their car and plate for me. Then I called to speak to management. No return call.

Extremely rude and unprofessional female dispatcher they have. She told me 10 minutes after 20 minutes I call back and she said I don't how long it will be. I asked her why she said 10 minutes and this horrible woman had the audacity to hang up on me. Not once but twice. Wow, so much for customer service. Do not use them and owner do not respond. Unprofessionalism is unprofessionalism, no excuses for her conduct. If there was a minus rating that is what she would get.

Today I was almost in a car accident due to the negligence of one of their taxi drivers. For a company that has “Now Hiring Professional Drivers” you would think they’d at least know the rules of the road, but I guess not. The driver in this vehicle merged into my lane without even looking, when the lane was coming up to a stop (We were probably only going about 10-30kms) and there was no room for him to even merge in. He also didn’t even have his turning light on when he cut us off. After doing so, he decides to put his turning signal on as if he’s turning into the turning lane but doesn’t

The short trip recap (Feb 10, roughly 12:30-1:00am, G-06 car #)
Route: 637 Hornby St - south Vancouver (Marpole).
1.we caught a cab going down the street with a lights on (free to get a customer).
2. gave the destination address in South Vancouver (Marpole)
3. asked for a coffee stop in Tim Hortons at 108 Pender St (one passenger got out to grab a coffee, one stayed in)
4. 2 min later took off to check another Tim Hortons location on the way to Marpole (3 blocks away)
5. Driver refused to bring us anywhere other than the final destination straight off, saying that he has to keep his route

I called the night before to schedule a morning pickup. The car was perfectly on time and I had an automated call when the car was arriving. The car was clean and the driver was polite. The driver "could" have been more friendly. But all in all it was a positive experience and I would use them again.

I am really disappointed in this taxi company.
On Thursday my 17 year old daughter took one of their taxis from Surrey to the Vancouver Airport. The driver was rude and took advantage of the fact that she was young and did not know the way to the airport. He took her through the tunnel (heading north during rush hour) where, as always at that time of the day (5:30pm), there is only 1 lane heading north. The alternate route (over the Alex Fraser) would have taken less than half as long.
The fare which should have been around $60 was close to $100 and my daughter almost missed her flight.

Service is garbage.... called them several times, they told me they called me 5 times, not true... j had ONE missed call from them and I called back not even a few minutes later, wave the driver down twice as he drove back and forth. called to them I'm still waiting and he tells me they are not sending a cab for me because they apparently"called me five times". never again calling this company for service.

WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED. Rude, impolite, disrespectful and courtesy-less operator and the driver not at all interested to talk. Rather was more interested in cutting the call. I waited for 1 hour. Neither the driver or the operator apologized for getting late. And the best part: the TAXI NEVER CAME! Rather than giving such lame and useless services, you guys better shut down.

I was walking in a quiet parking lot to a coffee shop when out of no where a taxi from this company swerves in fast, nearly hitting me. Luckily I was alert and able to react quickly by jumping out of his way, I just stood there waiting for him to get out and say something but nothing. Apparently nearly hitting pedestrians is a normal occurrence for this driver. I got my coffee and wrote down all the taxi information and plate number. Definitely don't recommend this company and please be alert with these drivers around.

First time using a taxi since I moved into the GVA. One word for the experience -- Fear. Driver was having a mental meltdown from the moment I sat down. First he sarcastically complained about how my destination is so close that I should walk, because he walks 8 km to and from work each day. And when near the destination, he had another meltdown when a driver in front of him slowed down. He honked at the driver and showed him the middle-finger, while yelling profanities.
