North shore Taxi: A pathetic excuse of a company
I booked a cab on their website online, got a confirmation email and a price estimate. I waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. Gave them a call and spoke to an extremely rude and unpleasant man.
I was told I never made a reservation, and I must be mistaken since they only have an app, not a website 🤦🏻♀️
The representative tried to gaslight me into thinking I never booked anything, and that they don't even have a website while the email and site is pulled up in front of me...
He said they have no drivers for the next 40 minutes

Tried to support the taxi service to get to the airport for an early flight. On hold for a long time and when they pick up they said they can only book 24 hours ahead (not 48 hours ahead). You think they would have a system down to do reservations a little better. The main thing is the person on the phone is not friendly. Step your game up if you want to still have a business

Called and told them we have a dog. They said they wold send a dog friendly cab. When he showed up he told us we had to put the dog in the TRUNK! When we refused he wouldn't give us a ride...when I Allee o ell them they started yelling. It's no wonder they are going out of business to Uber

While visiting North Vancouver in December we utilized North Shore TAXI on six occasions. On each trip we were able to get a taxi quickly by phone. On one occasion we actually booked a time and they were very reliable. The cabs were clean. The drivers were friendly and knew where we were going based on our destinations. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to download the taxi app due to my phone version but this is something you might want to set up. I really liked their text communications letting me know where my taxi was and how close it was for my pick up. All in all we had a good taxi experience

I was struggling to find my way around an industrial area in North Van. I gave the wrong address but the driver (N179r) who's name I didn't get, saved me. I was lost and he found me without the address and was so polite to me.
We spent the drive discussing life and I can easily say he's one of the nicest men I've met since moving to Vancouver. We parted ways at my home address and wished eachother good health. Above and beyond customer service and my day is brighter thanks to him. Kindness is powerful. Thank you N179!

I booked a taxi the night before for 6:30 am (next day). Woke up early to ve ready for 6:30 to go to the airport to catch a flight! I waited till 6:40, then i called them. After almost 15 minutes someone answered my call just to tell me that Sir, they are really busy !!!!! Really??? Something that you booked the night before should be planned in advance!!!
No apologies!!! If you can’t run a business property, just close it! One of the worst customer service experience which I guess is normal nowadays specially in Canada !!

My family and I are leaving tomorrow for a 2 month trip to New Zealand, so we have a fair bit of luggage. I called today to book a van to the airport for tomorrow morning at 9am. Dispatcher told me that they would "try to be there" at 9am, but that he couldn't guarantee it. Then I said I needed a van because of the amount of luggage we have. He then told me that he couldn't guarantee that a van would be available, given that I was "calling so far in advance". He told me that I should call tomorrow morning at around 7:30am to see if there were any vans servicing the area. And if there aren't, what
