I have stayed in tens of hotels in 4 continents and this is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel is infested with mice and the management doesn’t seem to care. I saw a mouse running around in my room, called the reception and they offered me to move to another room, which I did. I wrote a complaint to the manager and I never heard from her. The blanket in the new room was filled with long hair that is not mine because I am a guy with short hair, I asked for another blanket and it was the same! A couple of days later I saw another mouse running in my other room!

I've just call this night to get information about a price i saw on a dedicated website for reservation of Hotel+Parking. She began to be upset on me . She began to blast Booking.com and Trivago ... names it .
I suppose that it was just an error and she didn't knew my wife is working for booking.com and i'm a an appreciated sharedholders of that one .
They will lost to act with people in that way.

Good things: The customer service was great, Bus stop directly across the street to go to metro or shopping. Top of my list is,they allow a deposit if you dont have a credit card. It was quiet during our week stay, no partiers.
Bad things: Bring your own pillows, these are flat,basic pillows and they dont have firm ones,terrible sleep unless you like a flat pillow.The restaurant is completly closed, you cant even order to your room which caused some stress. Either you order in from restaurants or it forces you to leave the hotel earlier than you wanted so you can eat breakfast or lunch. I asked

I liked my stay I like the classic vintage hotel on the edge of town feel. I loved the huge bed and for a single hotel room it was very spacious. On my first night the room smelled really good like a perfume, I think it was coming from the heater/ac. The only things I didn't like was that the gym was not open, the walls had some cracks/bubbles on some parts but it was hard to tell if it was water damage or just old paint. The restaurant was also not open due to the pandemic but that was no problem since most restaurants in the area deliver. I even got delivery from Walmart no problem. The parking

If you want to get sick stay here, drove 7 hours and thought we would have a decent hotel to rest judging by the pictures. On arrival the front desk people were very nice and fast.. when we got into the room I did a quick inspection as I normally do and noticed mold all over the walls behind the side tables.. I was disgusted and quickly went to ask for another room, they accommodated us to another room and it was even worst then the first one all the walls were falling apart from cracked paint to mold.. this is just what we could see I couldn’t imagine was else was hiding in places you couldn’t

The TV is way too small. It's very old and run down for what I paid for. I was going to let it go but I just asked for late check out and they said no I'd have to pay. Out of maybe 20 hotels I stay at and ask for late check out I have never heard of such a thing. Definitely avoid this place there's so many better hotels.

Stayed here for 1 night! The check in was super quick. the room was big for 2 people. No hand sanitisers were provided. No water was available. poor guest service. I wanted to use the hair dryer, i guess the previous guess wanted to do the powder prank in the hairdryer and filled it with talcum powder. The power was still there in it. Luckily i saw it before switching the hairdryer ON. I am sure the housekeeping missed to see this. it was so dirty. Poor cleanliness. The bed was not company. It made a crack sound very time i moved. been to other hotels in their chain, this can improve their standards

Room Assigned #1: Smelled like mildew, no battery on tv remote, sheets had hairs all over them.
Room Assigned #2: Very dusty carpets, furniture, & walls. The walls had cracked paints all over them. The bathroom had a cracked sink, stained ceilings, & tub. The freezer had a thick buildup of ice did not close. The sheets smelled so old like it had been on the bed for a very long time.
Price: Paid $166 (Inc. taxes), too much for what we got!
Food: No breakfast included in the reservation.
I informed the receptionist about the problems in the room but

This hotel is not 3 start hotel. It is 1 star hotel. Please don't fell it's 3 star rating, it is not.

Elevator are out of service in the holidays weekend.they don't bother to fix, customer on 3rd floor need to carry their luggage in hand on 3rd floor. Hotel condition is bad and very cheap and old.
