It is a very clean and cozy hotel with very nice staff but I had problem that they don't have the basic needs. I have travelled to different countries and it was the first time that I saw a hotel doesn't have body lotion and hair conditioner, toothpaste and tooth brush. They have microwave but they don't have hair drier. So the next day I woke up like a
lion. My hair was frizzy and my skin was like a sand paper. There is a note that you can write your comments. I wanted to ask them to provide hair drier and hair conditioner instead of a microwave but there was no pen and I didn't have a pen with

Horrible service by staff especially by the black lady which is the assistant manager .. She is arrogant and impolite and treats customers very poorly .. what a shame .. after a long stay at this hotel I was shocked by this terrible service .. it’s not the first time I come here and In the past it was the same ..I would expect better considering the high prices of the rooms .. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m never coming here again ..I will save my time and money

Worst check-in experience and customer service ever. The staff was super rude and categorically refused to add a late check out for the next day even after i offered to pay extra.. Was told the next day that late check out was indeed available (while i was checking out at regular time because i was refused the late check out by the other staff member.

Stayed 2 nights in the junior suite with spa bath. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was for the price I paid. The big bathtub for 2 people was such a luxury to have in the room. Here are some of the things I really liked about the hotel: - staff is very welcoming and friendly - Room was very clean - air-conditioning was a huge bonus (you can control the temperature) - Free breakfast - Free parking - There are non-smoking rooms. If you're a smoker you'll be pleased that they have smoking rooms as well. - Very affordable for what you get. Couldn't find many hotels in Montreal that
