Services
CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that's capable of practically anything and everything.
Our Junior program is 60 minutes of physical activity. We will focus on full body movements that target, strength, stamina, flexibility, agility, coordination and balance. These fundamental components of fitness are targeted by creating a fun environment for our junior members. The classes vary each week in delivery, style and intensity.
Our Junior Athlete Development Program is the perfect opportunity for young athletes to learn to train properly in order to develop all aspects of fitness, athleticism, strength, & performance. Our Junior Athlete Development Program is an advanced program for developing young athletes. They will see strength training, conditioning as well as, speed training, agility and mobility.
CrossFit 905, Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 45 mins to one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts - all focusing on fitness and toning. Boxfit is for every level of fitness and there should never be a problem with taking a break or slowing down.
The Kickboxing Niagara program at CrossFit 905 is a high intensity cardio kickboxing program that incorporates hand/Thai pads with coaches, bag work and partner training drills. Each class will be one hour in length and will include plyometrics and cardio based exercises. You will get the benefits of small class sizes with a maximum class size of ten athletes.

Since 2020, I have had the opportunity to grow physically, mentally, and technically as a member at CrossFit 905. They have coached many - including myself and kids - that have limited or no exposure to CrossFit, weight lifting, or nutrition. A great place to build community and develop as a person.

Love the community at this gym. So many different skill levels in one class, but everyone feels welcome and pushes themselves to whatever limit they are at that day without judgement. Super clean and helpful coaching staff who really help progress difficult movements by breaking them down to reach individual fitness goals. Come out and try, because then you'll be hooked!

I walked in off the street about 6 weeks ago and I told them all that I've never done this before and I have absolutely have no clue as to what I am doing... Still don't. They welcomed me with open arms. Adriano and staff are great and knowledgeable, As well as being very patient and kind. The people who come here that I have met are all great. One… thing I was afraid of was going to a gym and feeling intimidated by a bunch of muscleheads and that is not this place. Extremely welcoming and uplifting environment. From coaches who are knowledgeable to members who are positive and always up for some fun fitness! I've been a crossfitter so upwards of 5 years and I can say that this gym has been one of the best all around when it comes to atmosphere. Plus you will ALWAYS get a good sweat on in ways you could never at a regular gym.💪

This place is amazing. I never feel judgement about my fitness levels here. The coaches are always so positive and motivate you do become the best version of yourself. They are more than willing to adjust workouts to a level you are comfortable at while still pushing you. 10/10 would recommend everyone try out Crossfit 905 :)

I have travelled for work for years and have been a member at four other boxes in Canada and abroad. This is, by far, my favourite crossfit! Coaching staff are excellent and knowledgeable; the community is amazing. I have been pushed and motivated and made great progress. I moved to the Falls in November of 2016 and this gym made me feel right at home.
