Worst Service ever, I gaved a white Tommy winter jacket to clean the stain and it whitewashed the area and gaved me the jacket after 3 weeks of delivery time as he made it stained with bleech.
Uses bad products to wash and clean and too much late services.

This place used to be very good but it seems that they changed ownership as they are terrible now. On October 31st I took a jacket in to have the zipper changed, I was told that it would take two weeks to change it to which I agreed. I was supposed to pick it up on Friday the 12th of November and I couldn’t so I went on the 16th of November to pick it up and guess what, it was not done. He even had the audacity to asked me if I could wait 3 hours to have it changed. I asked for my jacket and my money back. Stay away from that place.

I told the cleaner that it was urgent and I need my suit drycleaned by a certain date. I was given a receipt that had a due date and time. I arrived at that time and they were closed and not opened til after I needed the suit. I was lied to and would never use this business again

I have been here twice before for alterations and they were great. However, I dropped my Canada Goose coat off 2 weeks ago after I was told it would be $49 to clean over the phone. When I arrived, I was charged $55+HST. I was told it would take 1 week to be cleaned. It had been over 2 weeks, and at least 20 dodged phone calls. I had no idea where my coat is because it is shipped off site and no one at this business is responding. Try calling and leaving a voicemail yourself, the voicemailbox is full and the owner clearly screens calls. Terrible business. The number on the website goes to another

They did a great job cleaning my Canada goose parka. I was searching for a dry cleaner in the city that specialized in cleaning Canada gooses to avoid any of the typical dry cleaning horror stories that you hear about, and Quality tailor & cleaners did a great job. They also did it at an affordable price ($45 for a medium length jacket) when I’m used to paying $60+ elsewhere. I had also lost my invoice and the owner had no issues with looking my receipt up. Took about a week and a half to pick it up but services exceeded my expectations. Will come back next year!
