Last week I had a negative encounter with one of the employees at New Way Cleaners. She was unprofessional towards me and refused to take in my pants for cleaning because I was trying to point out a few stains. I then proceeded to write about my negative experience at the store that day.
Within hours I received a call from the owner of New Way Cleaners, Andrew, who was very courteous and apologetic. He offered to take in my pants and personally see to it that they are cleaned. My pants came back spotless with hem fixed and looking like new. I cannot thank Andrew enough for his professional response

I have now gone in twice to get an item altered and had them tell me I was wrong, it was the perfect fit or it's just loose because "that's the style".
I definitely like my tops on the baggier side, but 2+ sizes too big is not what I would call "a perfect fit", and regardless of whether or not it's "the style", it's not the style I like.
Not only do they tell me I'm wrong when I want to pay them for their services and look at me with contempt when I (meekly) tell them I will get it altered elsewhere if they won't do it, they make ME
