We are a welcoming Rhythmic Gymnastics club based in south, south-west & west Edmonton. With our NCCP Certified coaches, we offer strong recreational, performing and competitive programs with local, regional and international opportunities. Established in 1995, we are a not-for-profit organization and we are affiliated with Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta and Gymnastics Canada.
Our gymnasts have competed as far as Japan and have performed in Switzerland, Finland and Austria. We love to put on events at home too, with our bi-annual Shows showcasing all of our gymnasts and with our Invitational Competitions that bring the province's rhythmic gymnasts together. Coming back to classes this summer was so fun!

Registered my 4 yo for this recreational class but the class had over 10 little girls with only 1 teacher. There was no way for the kids to focus because the teacher could only handle so many at the time so while she was helping 1 kid the other 9 were running from one sode of the gym to the other. I personally think that if they will take so many children atleast asign another teacher. As for the winter show the teacher said to the parent that because the kids were unable to focus there would not be an act or like a normal practiced routine. I felt like they took my money and let my child ran around

My daughters have all participated in Elena's Rhythmic Gymnastics Club and I am very pleased with the teaching and progress I've seen in them. I can tell it's not all fun and games for the girls but as a parent I actually appreciate the discipline and passion for the sport demonstrated by all the coaches. My girls have been with Elena's since a young age and they have made some good friends from the club. I know from experience how much time, effort, and patience are required for coaching kids sports. Based on what I've seen and how my girls have developed since joining Elena's, I would highly

I have been with this club for close to 15 years, initially as a gymnast, and now as a coach. The club has an amazing feeling of community, and all the coaches work together to give the best experiences to the gymnasts. This sense of community has been consistent for as long as I can remember, and I always felt like I could have a coach to turn to for support when I was training. I am grateful to be part of such a great club.

Upon first glance, this club seems a good choice. Very professional and seemingly qualified trainers/teachers. This is why I chose this club.
However, after registering my 5 year old for the recreational 5 year old group and having attended the 1st class, I can share the leadership in this club is more interested in looking good than helping the child feel good (while in her class). I have no idea why the leader (Elena) was instructing the first class of the 5 year old group (as she was not the course instructor for this class) but she should stick with the kids who have the basics down pat already

My daughter is also in 4-5 y.o. recreational class and I believe she was in the same group mentioned in the previous post. Yes, coach mentioned to us that due to lack of discipline from girls, the group may not perform at the Winter show with some extraordinary moves. Kudos to her for being transparent with us! I believe this particular group has some high-spirited kids and it took a little bit longer to get them discipled, organized and responsive to instructions. Girls were OK during the winter show and I think seeing other gymnasts and groups helped to motivate them for the winter session. We

My 17year old daughter has been an athlete in this club since the age of three . She began as a recreational member , then competed at the provincial level then competed in the interclub stream and also… participated in the performing group. This club is top notch .Elena Sr was on the Russian national team .Her technical expertise and former competitive experience has provided my daughter with life long poise and performing confidence . She strives for greatness in her athletes and pushes them to reach their potential . I do believe though that she has softened over the past few years. Elena

We tried this club. I was happy at first and my daughter did not want to leave after her first class, proud to learn how to jump over the rope at her 2nd class and then at 30 min into our 4th class coach Kelly brought out my 4-year-old to me and in front of her and other parents just blasted at me that she'd already spoken to Elena Mager about how… my kid disrupts her classes by not participating, sitting or lying down on the floor, that the kid was difficult and disobedient and she could not handle her anymore. Well now, THAT is proper communication. Public shaming instead of reaching to
