The St. Albert Gymnastics Club maintains a philosophy that gymnastics is, above all else, fun, while stressing skill development, fitness, safety and the fundamental discipline necessary to achieve these objectives. We provide gymnastics for all ages and skill levels in a wide variety of programs in a safe and positive learning environment.
Coaches are encouraged to use this philosophy as the basis for their coaching, from the very youngest recreational classes through to the highest competitive levels, they use a positive, encouraging approach at all times. St. Albert Gymnastics Club would be happy to host your classroom field trip, year-end party or special function for a group organization!

Services
All of our coaches have undergone training in the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) and are registered with Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF). Class Description: Parents will work with their children to help them explore movement and gymnastics activities through guided circuits while using colorful apparatus in the gym.
St. Albert Gymnastics Club is currently working with Alberta Health Services, Alberta Gymnastics Federation and the Alberta government to facilitate a safe reopening of our facility. We are currently only able to offer our Fall and Competitive Programming. We will be continuing to monitor this situation and will reopen our Drop-In programming once we have received the go-ahead to do so.
