AVOID: This place came recommended by the Range Rover dealership when I scuffed my bumper. They quoted $1200. I agreed. (I know, bad move, but it is a nice car)
They held onto the car for way longer than quoted. Then called me looking for more money. I said no. Then there was no word for a while until I called them. They said it was ready and I paid. Present day, I get in to pick up my car and see the wipers are broken.
That's when things start to get aggressive. I explain how unprofessional this is and that I only went there because they came recommended by the Range Rover dealership.

If I could give Burrard Autostrasse 10 stars I would. First off, no one really ever wants to visit an autobody shop. But quite honestly, if I ever have to again, I will only take my car in to see Victor and his team (even though I live in South Surrey! Believe me, it's worth the drive and peace of mind knowing my car will be taken care of). I went in to get my front and rear bumper looked at since I was coming to the end of my car lease. Victor was so great at explaining the process prior to and during my appointment. I felt Victor was honest and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need

They assign you a service advisor who is always busy and never calls you back even though you leave 3 messages a day with the receptionist. Then when you do get a call back, the service advisor doesn’t know the status of your car and can’t tell you when you are going to get it back. It’s coming up to a month and a routine body repair is long overdue. Don’t bring your car here unless you can have the patience to wait and ask for a competent service advisor as I think the one I got is completely useless.

Burrard Autostrasse offered nothing but high quality service! From the minute I inquired about a service, to picking up my repaired vehicle, they were communicative and provided frequent updates on how the repairs were going. I dealt with Victor throughout the process - he was super informative and evidently takes pride in offering high quality service to his customers. Myrelle was also lovely to deal with - always friendly over the phone. I was running late picking my car up and she kindly stayed 20 min past closing to allow me to pick up my vehicle!

Steve explained what work was done, updated me throughout the process AND did a great job on the repair that the car looks as good as new. Would recommend.

I almost never bother to write reviews, but my experience at Burrard Autostrasse was so outstanding that I feel obliged to do so. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I was told that they were not satisfied with the work done and that they would like to repaint again to bring the work up to their standards. I was shown the repair and I’m not certain that I would have been able to tell that there was anything that needed to be improved.
