Tried their croissants, pretzels, veggie sandwich and all incredibly good! I dropped two stars because none of the staff were wearing masks and many baked goods were displayed at mouth level. One of the staff was chatting away and her mouth was right in front of the croissants on display. I was uncomfortable about that. Otherwise, great baked goods!

Today we tried the cinnamon twists, jalapeno and cheese criossants, and their breakfast sandwiches. absolutely amazing. The only downside to this visit, is that I won't be able to have more and try their other delicious looking bakery items until I return to Salt Spring. Their staff were also amazing and very good on handwashing between duties. I highly recommended this bakery!

I am just so impressed with how the Coles have adapted their business through this pandemic. They’ve come up with a variety of options for take away lunches, brought in new artisan products from local sources, found ways to deliver some the items from their old menu to take and make at home- and their chicken pot pie that I just fed my family for a easy Friday night dinner was a huge hit! Also the service never fails. Thanks guys!

Very busy, but fast customer service. They didn't heat up our food, but I think you need to ask for it to be done. The place was quite dirty. The tables weren't clean and the floors were streaked with food crumbs and dirt.
The food however was pretty good. The croissant was amazing, the carrot cake was good, and so was the smoothie. They make it with fresh fruit! Also got the pizza twist and that tasted quite good too! 👌
