Have to give a giant thank you to Joe and his crew . We where on our big guys run today and a Brother had a wheel bearing go south on him 20 mins down the road from Westend Cycle . Joe and his crew dropped everything and got his bike on the lift . Being a older bike we didn't think there was a chance anyone would have a bearing in stock . Not only did they have a bearing , they got us back on the road within a hour . We where at their mercy and would have paid whatever to get back on the road. Joe charged a very reasonable fee and we where on our way . After our experience today I would recommend

I recently bought a brand new dr650 and burnt the clutch out. Joe took a look at the bike and said they'll take care of it. It was fixed within a matter of days at a fair price! The bike rides much better than it did when I first got it so I'm extremely satisfied. You've earned a customer for life thank you. I highly recommend this shop to everyone looking to get work done on their bike.

I got this place as recommendation from the internet. I took my bike there to get tires changed. The owner Joe, is quite a character and has the name "grumpy" attached to his shirt. After some discussion on the work to be performed, Joe took my bike and changed the tires. It looks like a good clean shop with knowledgeable staff. Will be ack in the future.

About 3 years ago, I walked into West End Cycle and was immediately impressed with the no nonsense approach of Joe and his straightforward honesty on cost/time and quick turnaround. I’ve been bringing both my bikes to his shop and have never been disappointed with the work or felt overcharged. He’s patient, gives great explanations on why and what he’s doing and does great work, but most importantly he listens to the customer and does exactly what you want, or gives you great advice on what will or will not work.

Love this place. I've been going here for two years now, and Joe is an exceptional, professional, and reliable mechanic. I first came here with a problem with my front tire. HD service assured me on two occasions that it was fixed, after spending hundreds of dollars and tons of time to "fix" it. Still no luck until Joe resolved it in an hour and at a reasonable price. If you want an honest mechanic who knows what he's doing, this is the place to go.

I purchased a Honda VTX 1300 and took it up to Joe at Westend Cycle for an oil change and tuneup. I had heard great things about Joe and Ryan that they are awesome guys and they turned out to be. Brother Joe provided me with excellent service and is very professional and knowledgeable. Ryan is also very nice natured and friendly personality. I am very happy to get my bike serviced at brother Joe’s garage and will always be coming here for future bike works and will highly recommend them to others.

I am a new rider and bought a used Kawasaki Vulcan 900 as my first bike recently. I took it up to Joe at West End Cycle for a tune up, new tires, general check-up and to order some accessories. Joe did an excellent job. The bike was ready earlier than scheduled and his pricing was reasonable. I recommend West End Cycle highly as a trusted repair shop for your bike.
