This company should be the gold standard! I bought one of their special needs trailers second hand and it is built well, simple to use, and one of the only ones that can fit my 10yr old daughter that has a mild disability. I needed to order some additional accessories and Wike's customer service blew me away! They were super friendly, contacted me super fast to make sure I had ordered the correct items, and when I had a question they not only replied quickly, but they helped me fix my problem I was having installing the accessory with clear directions, and even made a video showing how to do it

I ordered a similar product from another Canadian bike/accessory manufacturer. I cancelled that order due to inexplicable delays that lasted for days and poor communication from the company. Then I chose to go with WIKE and ordered a trailer. From confirming the online order to having it delivered to my front door couldn't have taken longer than 48/72 hours. Amazing. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised that the trailer is basically already assembled, required little additional labour to have it road ready. The product itself is clearly well thought out and really well built. Great work guys

This company is amazing! The trailers are amazing! And the staff are AMAZING! I have an old secondhand version of one of their trailers that I have severly overloaded (still works great though). I stopped by looking for advice to keep it working well and to pick up some spare parts. The staff gave me great advice, found compatible parts and told me about some new cool products in development. Overall a great experience.

I purchased a replacement hitch, flag and bag for my Wike junior trailer. The team was super nice on the phone and my order arrived within 2 days to Toronto. So happy I can extend the life of my trailer.

We are very happy with our junior wike and the excellent customer service we have had with WIKE. They wrote back to our emails in less than 30 emails with specific questions, and only 2 day delivery to atlantic canada. The product is sturdy and the kids loved it!! Excited for all of new the adventures to come. This is our first bike trailer and we love getting the kids outside, a little more freedom for mom and dad and a whole lot of fun and fresh air for the little ones.

I bought the cargo kit to build a cart to carry by beehives and equipment. The cart is a great success and have carried up to 3 hives at one time. I now need another one to carry my hive lifter and a few hive boxes. Great product and fantastic service.

I would give 10 stars if I could! My husband and son stopped in to buy parts for his school project. Bob and Anna were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to my son. Thank you sooooo much! The parts were amazing quality and worked great!

Went to Wike today. A young man named Jason was the last person in. It was 3pm. He wanted to go soon.
But he stopped whatever he was doing, took my trailer, popped out the mangled part, and popped in a new part, and sent me on my way. He didn’t know the price of the part, but he trusted me by taking my phone number and saying he would get me the price of the part tomorrow.
Great trust, great service, great company. Proud to have it in our city.

We have 3 Like trailers: the shopper, the cargo and the double. We LOVE them. We've used them to run errands for our business for years. They are durable, light, robust and intuitive. Highly recommend.

Purchased the moonlite double in summer 2018 and it's been amazing! I use it both as a stroller and a bike trailer, and I love that my little one is so comfortable, warm, dry and secure in it. It's infinitely better than the normal stroller we used previously, plus I can load it up with an extra kid or two if I need to! I've also received excellent customer support from the team at Wike whenever I've had a question or needed help with conversions between stroller and jogger.
