My daughter caught herself close to the soft gravel and got pulled into a side road. We called and even though they didn't have a truck to winch her out the dispatcher (Joe) called a local competitor on our behalf, gave them all the info and they were out to winch her car quickly. Thank you to Joe and to the company they called out for us. I believe it was called Blackstone Towing but I can't remember. I'd highly recommend both!!

5stars for sure! They moved home a classic car for me just yesterday. Both the dispatcher and the driver were super professional and easy to deal with. Unlike other companies we’ve dealt with in the past they showed up ahead of the time they told us and once they were hooked on it was straight to our destination, no long stops or roundabout routes… like we’ve had with other drivers. Also the area where the car had to be picked up was a very difficult area to get into, basically an off-road situation, but the skilled driver had no issue getting back there.

My husband was in an accident with a moose 4 years ago (I thought I posted a review!!!).
scariest day of my life. the truck was a total write off. Apl made the situation go so smoothly. dealing with the… insurance company, towing it, assisting in emptying out belongings etc. it was smooth sailing from start to finish! We got a call when the tow truck was leaving the yard to come retrieve the truck. A call when the truck arrived in their yard (so we could retrieve personal effects). They offered assistance to clean it out. Then another call when it was on it's way to the repair shop. Heck

I would like to thank this business and employees for doing such an amazing job. You guys are compassionate and trully care about your customers. I accidently locked my keys in my trunk and within 20 min they sent someone to my rescue. It only took 10 min and voila! APL is now on my speed dial and yes I do recommend APL to family and friends 😁 Thank you once again!
