I have shopped here before and always with good results. It's surprising how big the store actually is. The service has always been good and I don't think that I have ever left here and bought somewhere else. My parents used to come out and visit me and always said that I didn't have enough furniture (or they didn't like what I had). This was my mom's favorite store and she knew them all.

Bought a leather Palliser reclining sofa 4 years ago from the Kelowna store when it was open. A few days ago one of the recliners stopped working. I called the Abbotsford store for information on how to proceed (we had bought the extended warranty ($300) that covered everything for 5 years; the warranty was with an outfit in the states by the name of Guardsman). I was instructed by the store to contact Guardsman for warranty work. I did this. Guardsman's policy is you contact them (via phone or email) and then they open a case file for you, they then email you a couple of forms to fill in and return

Recently purchased 2 sets of bedroom furniture from Jags in Abbotsford which we really loved it. They have a fabulous quality n variety furniture. Going into Jag's furniture was a great experience! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly the staff were not pushy, we were given time and space to talk and come to a decision on which couch met our needs. The free delivery was a pleasant surprise and muchly appreciated! The delivery guys were friendly and very professional!

We just bought a sectional couch from Jag's in Abbotsford -- they have a good selection and we're very happy with our purchase. Komal was very helpful -- she was informative but not intrusive in any way. The two friendly guys who delivered, texted me first to about a two hour window when they would come, were on time, carried the furniture to the basement family room, set up everything and took away all the packaging. Very happy with the whole experience!

Took 6 months to get my order when I was told it would take 2. Never contacted by their customer service team to tell me it was delayed. I had to call them everytime I was told it was coming and then never did. They were not helpful and didn't give a crap that I was complety dissatisfied. Wouldn't offer me a discount or any sort of refund when I asked. Would never shop there again and would not recommend them to anyone either.

The sales people in Langley were a pleasure to deal with and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the selection, customer service and the size of the showroom!
