We dealt with Joe at robs furniture. I have never been more impressed with a salesman. He was honest, upfront, and friendly. Joe will be getting all our business in the future. I appreciate honesty, integrity and realness. Joe is easy to talk to and professional. I highly recommend other go see him and give him their business.

We bought a sofa off Eric. We had a small issue upon delivery and within 45 minutes he had it corrected.

I was generally impressed with Rob's Furniture. Within 7 minutes of walking around the showroom I was greeted by Kevin, an elderly Scottish man. He was very polite, but seemed a little rushed in our conversations. I'm not sure if it was just his personalized or if he was excited to see a customer, because I was the only one in the store. I told him what I wanted, and he quickly gave me two options. He explained that they were Ashley furniture products that they discounted, I had a lot of questions about this but didn't ask as I felt I'd get a runaround answer about wholesale and adjustments.

I had been shopping for a while for some couches. In fact, I stopped by Rob's furniture twice. It was the second time that I came back I knew this was the place for me. No pressure from the sales team. Everyone was genuine and gave me their opinion on what would work for my lifestyle. There was a manufacturing issue with a cushion and Joe had it resolved in a timely manner. Great customer service and great value provided to the customer.

This place has a great selection of furniture. There are custom sofas that can be different fabrics and styles which I thought gives the customer a unique choice of their own style. The bedroom stuff is also nice and can be picked in different colors. The service was excellent. Everything was delivered and organized. I recently went to the Brick and they never answer their phones and you have to go through automated machines to get anywhere. We bought stuff that took over 6 months to sort out. After going to Robs I would never go back . Everything was so easy and fast. Great experience.

We purchased a bedroom set many years ago from Rob’s. We recently upgraded to a king bed, and needed to change out the frame. Rob’s staff was eager to help us find the best match. Unfortunately the frame that was delivered had a manufacturing flaw. Without hesitation they replaced it and in a timely manner. We’re very happy with the result. Keep up the great customer service Rob’s. It makes your business stand out from the rest!

We had a great experience with Rob's! Excellent, friendly, honest customer service. Not pushy at all--just the perfect amount of helpfulness. We were looking for the best quality of leather we could find for a new leather couch. This was the only store that we looked at that had full grain leather advertised and at a reasonable price. We bought a beautiful leather sectional and had it delivered 3 days later. Kevin and Joe were excellent to deal with and we would definitely shop here again for future furniture :)
