Services
Dr. Leah Harrington completed her residency and fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children. She is a staff member of the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Sick Kids and is an Assistant professor at the University of Toronto. She teaches medical students in her office, and residents in the Sick Kids emergency department, introducing them to pediatric medicine through her practice.
Our clinic offers annual physical examination for adults, complete with blood tests, x-ray, other tests needed for complete work-up onsite lab services for your convenience. We also do immunisation for children. Annual physical exams are a vital aspect of your overall well-being. Our examinations include blood work that are appropriate for age and gender.
Westway Children's Clinic offers children in the community the same excellent, evidence based pediatric care that they would receive at Sick Kids hospital. Drs Calpin and Harrington have access to all pediatric subspecialists for timely referrals. Drs Calpin and Harrington have extensive experience and knowledge in pediatrics and practice up to date, research based pediatric care.
We have partnered with medchart, an online service to request, access and control your digital health record from any healthcare provider in Canada. You will receive an email notification to let you know when your record request has been fulfilled and records are available with instructions on how to access them.

The Clinics and Doctors of Ontario are paid by Ontarians, yet a clinic such as this one could be servicing its community without accountability, care and concern to those they serve for the past 25+ years is abhorrent and unbelievable to me. They seems to victimize its community by hiring foreign trained doctors that would draw in the patients that identify with them and then victimize the patients. Once one becomes a patient of one of their doctors, then you become a cash grab. There are many more professional clinics than this one in the area, if you can help it. Worst customer service ever!!! My son spoke to Raphel about having chest pain and needed to see the doctor. She asked him for his OHIP card and right away she said that she couldn't except the red & white card because it was not valid!!! She told him to go to Service Ontario to have it updated or he must pay out of pocket if he wants to be seen. Not only is the card valid till Feb 2022, but he is having chest pain for God sake!!! I called the office and asked to speak to a manger and I got the run around and transferred to different people. I then got Shazeena who claimed to be the manager and

We had a great experience here for my baby’s 9 month appointment and a one-off concern last month which is why I’m not just giving 1 star. Dr. Caplin is great when she has time to talk to you. But today we waited an hour for the doctor to see us and then she was only there for about 2 minutes. I understand she is busy, but by the time we actually left and he had his 12 month shots we had been there for 90 minutes, my baby had missed his lunch and nap, and he was beside himself. Very stressful and unpleasant experience for me and my baby. Hopefully his 18 month appointment will not be the same

Finally i found a Dr. Whom i can say "Yes she the the Dr for my baby ". Today 30/12/2020 its my first time visit to the clinic. And Dr.Harrington she is really amazing, who has all the good qualities the one Dr. should needs. She is empathetic, understanding, good listener, calm,concern and so on.... So i am so glad to found her as my pediatrician for my first baby. Thank you so much.

Dr. Pejman Nourian is one of the best caring physicians I've seen in years. He took me in as a walk in patient. I had an infected access on my back and he's been treating it every day with fresh packing in the wound. Even how busy he is, he's always light hearted and fun. I feel very relaxed with him and confident.

Extremely poor customer service. The receptionist is very rude and hangs up on you before even you have had a chance to finish. We are thinking of changing our family doctors due to this reason. Its very hard to get a hold of them, poor communication. Staff can't even send a prescription correctly to the pharmacy, had to call multiple times to have it sent properly.

Terrible service. Don't go here if you want professional service or a timely response for your needs.
At my first appointment, I emailed all the required information ahead of time, as requested. They told me a doctor would call me in an hour and I wasn't called until 3 hrs later - after I had emailed them again to make sure I was not forgotten. After the doctor told me they would email requisitions for the tests I needed, reception called to say they did not have my email - even though I had already sent them all that info by email earlier. After getting my tests completed, 8 days later I am still

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please save your time and go somewhere else!
I called in to see if my doctor was available and this overweight Filipino lady was very rude and ignorant. She was having a conversation with someone else while I was on the line and hung up on me. I called multiple times after and could not get through. I think she was hanging up on me.
The receptionist is the first point in contact with a customer. Therefore, they should be courteous and deliver a polite and professional manner. This was the WORST experience ever and because of this woman I will never step foot again in

The phone line was busy the whole time I was trying to make an appointment from the parking lot . The nurse or receptionist and doctor both came out to the parking lot where we waited eventually and asked for my daughters health card and proceeded to tell me to wait in the car about half an hour then they would call me to bring my daughter in. After half an hour waiting in the car with my sick 18 month old they came out and told me they cant see kids today. Then why make me wait half an hour to tell me this? Did they not know they are not seeing kids today when they took my daughters health card

The most unorganized clinic in terms of getting to one's Family practitioner. Staff is rude over the phone and do not care. Looks like they are just open for business for themselves as to taking g care of the patients.
I will have to change my clinic as this place seems not accessible.
