It was close to our suppliers and trade customers - furniture manufacturers, upholstery shops and mattress makers that needed foam for their finished products. At our first Home Show, we introduced a line of High Resiliency foam rubber mattresses after realizing that none of the mattress makers were using the best grades of foam available.

People at Foamite are extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Specially Bob and Katherine. I have had bad back for months. Bob and Katherine took time to explain me and help select the right firmness and mattress type for me. They were also able to provide me the mattress in 4 days period without any extra charge. The quality and feel of the mattress is great and it provides proper spine alignment. There pricing is also very good compared to other mattress stores.
I will strongly recommend them to other people specially with back pain issues.

I received excellent advice from a knowledgeable expert about choosing the density, firmness, longevity, mildew resistance, eco-friendliness & so on, of the foam.
This job is particularly intricate because it is the cushions / mattress sections for a boat. Boat cushions are very complicated because they are not rectangular but have complicated curves. Furthermore they are sculpted in 3D to match the curved hull of the boat. These are tricky tasks, & foamite know

Our couch cushions were starting to sag and we automatically thought it was time to buy a new one. A friend suggested just replacing the cushions. A quick google search and we found Foamite. Their website was well-organized and very informative (who knew there were so many types of foam?). We ordered our custom cut foam and in three days it was delivered and were perfectly cut to size. Highly recommend.

My sofa cushions have removable covers, and after 14 years, it was time to either replace the foam or toss the sofa. Foamite's website is informative, and makes it easy to select among a variety of grades of foam in the sizes you want. Just a few days after ordering, the pieces were delivered to my door, and I have to say my sofa is more comfortable now than when I bought it. Highly recommended.

If I'm honest, Bob was insanely patient with my questions and very knowledgable. I had many, many questions because I had spent way too much time on sites like sleepopolis which only made me more confused. the staff are friendly enough but if you're expecting them to butter you up like a used car salesman, this isn't the store for you. overall, I'm happy with my mattress and pillow. what I really appreciated was that they didn't go straight to the most expensive mattress. it's neat that they can customize pretty much any mattress. I also love that they have zipped mattress covers so when the mattress

I bought a beautiful patio furniture unfortunately the cushions were very weak and they were made out of fiber instead of foam. Due to Covid I tried to get my money back but it didn’t work so I ended up calling Foamite industries and spoke to Bob in the show room. He was so nice and very professional and really helped us out a lot to pick the proper foam for our outdoor furniture. He told us it would take about a week but we ended up getting a call that it was available for pick up even earlier. We are so happy with our new couches. Highly recommend

Foamite needs lessons in politeness, customer service, clarity of communication, and humility. Absolutely the worst customer experience of my life - I have never been so incensed or angry at a company representative as I was at Foamite. We were invited to leave if we didn't like the instructions given for C-19 measures, which we trying to comply with after being corrected twice by a loud voice from above. Unreal. There was no need for the rudeness, name calling, or lack of anything related to customer appreciation.

I called during the week and spoke to someone, explained that I lived an hour away and was looking for a mattress topper. After talking about the alternatives, I indicated that I needed only a short-term solution, and that one the the basic types of foam would suffice. I was assured that these were always in stock, and I said I would come down on… Saturday to pick one up. Despite snowfall warnings, I drove the hour down from the Barrie area. When I arrived, I was told that there was no stock in the toppers I was interested in, and one could not be cut, as the factory is not open on Saturday

So we went into the Vaughan store and spoke with Nancy. She took the time to explain the features of the Swiss Sensal mattress that is made in Canada and is completely reversible, firm on one side and soft on the other. I am so thankful for the quality of… the mattress.
We also purchased the Leggett and Platt adjustable bed frame from Foamite and the delivery men carefully installed the frame and mattress and made sure everything was working. They were very professional. Highly recommended! Five

Just a small job ... but I was treated as if it was a huge one! I needed a firm 12" x 12" x 5" piece of foam and was invited to drop by. The showroom is bright and welcoming; the staff members are pleasant and friendly ... and the price was right. The job was done while I waited - less than 10 minutes! If I ever need a new mattress or pillows, I'd be sure to visit Foamite - and I'd certainly recommend Foamite to anyone looking for perfection.
