Thailand and Vietnam are known as the top ten street food countries in the world, which are extremely popular with not only tourists but also citizens. It is impossible to avoid the unimagined taste from their foods. It is spicy, salted, sour, and national, so the combination of foods from both countries is a perfect choice for people who love Asian and street foods.
Viet Thai Bistro is proud of bringing for food lovers this amazing combination. It has opened since 2011 by two Vietnamese owners Kevin, and Nadine in Calgary. Not only their foods but also their service has attracted customers. The brand Viet Thai Bistro has been created for a long time, and now it is one of the top Vietnamese and Thai Lan restaurants in Calgary.

This is probably the most awful food I’ve ever had. The food arrived ICE cold. The containers were limp because there was so much watery liquid floating at the bottom of the bun. Totally tasteless, no satay on the beef (it was dry) and the spring rolls… my god… they were old or something I don’t know but they were so soggy and SLIMY. I ate about half and we will see if we get food poisoning. Absolutely AWFUL.

I googled Thai food and found this place since I was in the area. I love treating myself to Thai food and I’m glad I came here! I ordered green curry, cashew chicken like I always do - this gives me a good comparison to other Thai places I’ve eaten at. I got the coconut rice also and a side of extra steamed vegetables because I like a lot of vegetables. I spent over $35 and received a promotional dish - Shanghai noodles… and everything I tried was so flavourful and rich and satisfying that I will absolutely be back to order more! The owners are extremely generous to offer a whole dish complimentary

Worst Vietnamese I’ve ever had! Ordered shrimp and spring roll vermicelli.
The noodles were literally diced! And the shrimp had been deep fried with batter and then they tried to remove the batter, gross. The spring rolls were soggy, the whole thing was horrible!
And the grease must have been old as well because it all tasted really bad.
Didn’t even eat it.

Very disappointing, worst sate beef pho we have ever had and over priced, just tastes like a mouthfull of curry and whole cloves of garlic (literally whole cloves floating around) the noodles are overcooked slimy fettuccine noodles. Sate beef vermicelli was tasteless and again over priced. Will never ever return.
