We would like you to enjoy your eyeglasses for a long period of time. Here you will find our maintenance and cleaning tips. Should you have any accidents with your glasses, we offer you a peace of mind with our replacement program. We suggest having your eyeglasses adjusted every 4-6 months to get the optimal fit.
Ensure you are healthy. If you are experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, including cough and fever, please stay home. We will take a maximum of 2 families or 2 people at one time in the store to ensure social distancing (2 meters). We are enhancing cleaning measures, including high touch surfaces and disinfecting every pair of glasses after they're tried on.

I'm based in the U.S., and I was looking to replace my old pair of really nice German-made glasses that I couldn't find locally or even online from a U.S. retailer.
After some more searching online I saw that EyeCity had the brand I wanted. I reached out by email, and Dennis was super helpful. He helped me line up my prescription information, ordered the glasses I wanted, and shipped them to me in the SF Bay Area. The whole process was very straightforward and my new glasses look great.

I went in because I noticed they have ic-Berlin glasses. I really liked the frames, but I didn't know too much about the frames. He gave me an unforgettable demo that made me want those glasses even more. He also showed me other frames and went into the pros of each of them. I went to another optical store and they were not as knowledgeable as Dennis. You can't go wrong getting your frames here!

Dennis is awesome! I have been avoiding getting fitted for frames and I bit the bullet and went into EyeCity because I had seen some frames in the window that I loved and had not seen anywhere else. I felt totally confident with Dennis's knowledge and ability. He made the experience very smooth and easy and I'm very happy with my new frames. He also has an amazing selection of frames.
