At Drycleaning By Dave we recognize that our staff are key to providing our customers with exceptional customer service. We have been a family run business serving the Calgary area with couture drycleaning services for more than 40 years. With our benefit programs and exceptional wages we prioritize the needs and wellbeing of our staff and treat them like family.
Drycleaning by Dave, as a licencee of Sanitone Certified Master Drycleaners uses the latest blend of gentle detergents for optimum soil removal. Fabric dyes can fade from exposure to natural and artificial lighting. Sanitone detergents contain optical brighteners to whiten and brighten the fluorescent dyes that are used in our garments.
We understand that dropping off and picking up your drycleaning are just two more chores on your long list of to-dos. DRYCLEANING by Dave services the areas of Cochrane, Elbow Valley, Canmore, and Calgary NW and SW. Our service comes to your area twice weekly or simply when you need us. Please allow 3 business days for your garments to be returned.
Free pick up and delivery Arrangements can be made to have your wedding gown picked up before your wedding, should it require pressing or special attention. A portion of the cost of hand pressing your gown before the ceremony can be applied towards the cleaning and preservation of your gown after the wedding.

We’ve used Dry Cleaning By Dave a couple of times now and they’ve been absolutely wonderful to deal with! Most recently, my daughter washed a lip gloss with all her favourite clothes, we tried everything and couldn’t get the grease stains out. They just delivered our order and everything looks new again! She will be ecstatic. We highly recommend them and we will use them again and again!

I took my son's suit there because he needed it cleaned as soon as possible for a funeral. It was a mess, and they had it back to me very quickly and although I was expecting a big price tag, it was very reasonable. So, we are probably bringing our drycleaning 'home', and I decided to check out the reviews.
My kid needs his wool coat cleaned. Our regular cleaner retired and we moved to another. My husband thinks the new place is just as much as Dave's and we should go local. I get the price comparison, because we were there. However, maybe take a second look. We can't find any dry cleaner that

My fiancé brought a handmade blanket and a pair of UGG sleepers to get dry cleaned. First off it took well over a month. Secondly, the reason I got the blanket dry cleaned was because it was delicate. They called and all the Pom poms came off and they didn’t even give them back so I could put them back on. We had to call THEM to find out when it would be ready. Month and a half later we get it back and the UGGS don’t even look that clean, and now they have an odour when I wear them. They offered $50 dollar’s off the bill, however we had already paid up front. So they gave us a $50 dollar

I had my wedding dress cleaned by Dave.. My dress had gotten very muddy dragging it around on the ground that day. We finally decided to take it in months after the wedding, and I was very worried that the mud would not come out. Dave did such an amazing job it looks like it’s never even been worn ❤️

First of all, I walked in and wasn’t greeted. The young women working took my tag and walked away. When I was totally shocked by the price she got rather nasty and rude. I was shocked at the price of $74 to clean a simple long dress. I just moved here from Montreal where I only paid $100 for a wedding dress. The young women was not at all considerate of my feelings. Although I was calm and polite she was not. Her resonseywas what do you think it costs to dry clean an evening dress. With the poor customer service and price I will not return or recommend this place. By the way the cost of dress

The worst customer service I have encountered ever. After using Drycleaning by Dave for more than 10 years I will no longer recommend them or use them. we were charged $773 to clean the drapes in our home, one set came back shrunk by more than 2 feet. Jeff the manager initially promised to fix the problem, then offered to have the drapes re-hemmed… to a shorter size. Not perfect but we said we could make that work. it is now been 9 months we have been without drapes. Jeff will not even acknowledge our calls or texts. I guess we will need to seek legal recourse.

The prices are outrageous. I brought a simple formal dress in with no detail on it. It cost me $69 to clean. I purchased the dress for $60 and wore only once. In addition, the customer service was poor. I was confused over the high price and her response was what did you expect to pay for a formal gown. She was rude and not understanding. I will drive into Calgary from now on

I am used to Calgary prices and was appalled at the prices at this dry cleaner. $14 for a pair of men's pants. $7 per shirt! I guess the fact that you have to ASK for their prices (since it doesn't show up on any paperwork they give you) should have been my first clue that they were ridiculously $$$$ I'm heading back into Calgary for my dry cleaning needs.

Have used this service for the past 5yrs and it was great until I dealt with Candice- I sent our wedding things in and was never given a call or a quote on how much it would be or how long it would take- even though Candice said she would let me know. I called to ask about the pricing and a timeline 4 weeks after I sent things in and they couldn’t… find our items... stressful.... I got a call back two days later from Candice who yelled at me and told me I was crazy for thinking my things would be ready so fast... she didn’t even let me get a word in- I just wanted to know how
