Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, previous experience or brand new to the practice. Alchemy is Cochrane's hot yoga studio with room temperature classes in our additional studio. We have fitting rooms for both men and women both equipped with showers. We believe there are many roads that lead to wellness, at Alchemy our contribution to wellness is yoga.

Services
We are a husband and wife team who's daily purpose is to see, hear and serve the people of our community. Alchemy is Cochrane's longest established hot yoga studio serving Cochrane and area since 2009. At Alchemy our contribution to wellness is our ongoing commitment to serving no barrier, high quality yoga.
In this style of class we link movement with breath which is the definition of Vinyasa. Each class focuses on bringing more mobility and strength into our bodies and over the class each pose gradually builds upon itself to grow towards a peak pose. There will always be modifications to ensure every body can move safely and in alignment with their own needs however be prepared to challenge yourself and explore unknown territory.
We love yoga but we also love bikes! We were either going to buy a bike shop or a yoga studio, so we thought why not merge our two passions together! Kyle is a bike mechanic by trade and he lives and breathes all things bikes, his grandfather owned a bicycle shop in Amsterdam so it runs honestly through his veins!

At Alchemy we've created a membership platform that allows students to attend unlimited classes each month for $49 a month. This pass gives access to all in studio classes. We want as many people as possible to experience the benefits of yoga, and in order to achieve this it has to be affordable.
We also know that us humans can give up pretty easily when we set out on a new journey, the path of the yogi is a dedicated one (most of us don't master something after one day) We believe that 90 days is a good amount of time for you to create a new habit, and start a new lifestyle for yourself.This pass will auto-renew each month until you decide to cancel it.

What a great place to learn yoga! I am enrolled in the beginner series and really finding value in learning the very basics. I have also attended a class with Jill which was warm yoga, I was surprised how NOT intimidated I felt. I am looking forward to learning and moving more. Thanks Alchemy for this amazing space and affordable yoga education!

I left and I’m not happy about it! I would’ve stayed here forever if it wasn’t for starting up with school again. Jody and Kyle are two of the most amazing people. I started with Alchemy about a year ago now, completely inexperienced and with no idea what I was getting myself into. Jody and Kyle and the amazing teachers helped me every step of the way and while I’m no master, I’m so much further along than when I started and I owe it too them. Thank you for helping me discover that there is such thing as having balance in your life and for helping me on a path of health and healing. Anyone

Alchemy Yoga is the best yoga studio i've ever attended. They have incredible instructors who are knowledgeable and who provide alternatives to each pose to suit everyones needs! Not to mention each instructor i've encountered is so approachable and kind! I'm always welcomed so warmly by either Jody or Kyle making the overall atmosphere inside the studio so calming! Each class i've attended I have left feeling better. I highly recommend this studio! :) Ps. love the little stars on the ceiling in the hot yoga room! Good focal points so I don't tip over haha!

Alchemy is such an amazing yoga studio! I love it's variety of teachers and classes. I have a very busy schedule but because of the vast number of class offerings, I can usually make a class everyday. There are so many different teachers and styles of yoga that it is impossible to get bored and all of the instructors are very experienced. There truly is something for everyone. This studio was built on love and passion for community which shines through in every class. I am so grateful for the affordability of this studio and am truly astounded at the humility and acceptance present at each class

Over the years I have been a member at a few different yoga studios, but Alchemy yoga is by far at the top of my favs list!
With a wide class variety, great instructors, and affordability it truly makes Alchemy an amazing studio to improve and maintain your mind-body well being!

This is the best, most-welcoming yoga studio! Everyone is welcome, just as they are, and you will feel that as soon as you step in the doors. All of the instructors are amazing, and whatever yoga is to you, there is almost certainly a class there that you will love. Or maybe even all of them. The founding owner Sarah really created something special and the new orders Jodi and Kyle are exactly the type of people you would want to take over if it were your business. They have energy, passion and vision and are doing some really innovative and exciting things. If you haven't been, what are you waiting
