Gravel / Adventure Report

While travelling I had a bike break down. This shop was able to fit me in on short notice, provide fantastic customer service (Eric was especially helpful), and repair the bike at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Wonderful friendly and very professional. I just bought a Norco used bike from them and could not be happier. They quickly tuned the bike and installed some components for me. I was so glad I made a trip back to the store to let them know, that they have just become my new best friends. This place is in my neighbourhood and I've had the pleasure of taking in two bikes to get serviced and tuned up. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and they had my bike ready a day earlier than the original quote; they also have very reasonable rates for their services.
In these terrible times of this pandemic and small businesses suffering, this is a small family run business that needs your help - do not hesitate to use them as they provide a great service to this community in the Gorge-Burnside neighbourhood. I'll definitely be back!

I found Jill and Simon to be fantastic to deal with. In my judgement, both went above and beyond for me while i picked up new shoes, got the cleats installed and bonus of having our own cleats set up on my wife's shoes no charge. No up sell, friendly local people. Glad I chose them.

I took my E-Bike here about 3months ago for some service work without issue. I called last night to confirm I could drop it off today for service again. Today when I dropped it off I was told that they no longer work on rear wheel E-Bikes. It would have been great to tell me that on the phone when I talked to one of your technicians about the service - I don't get a lot of time to drop my bike off like this, which is why I called to confirm. The stated reason "We broke some stuff and had to pay to replace it - so we aren't going to do it anymore" is going to leave them behind as the market transition

Brought my daughter in with a used bicycle we had just purchased. They did a realy thorough safety check and replaced all the worn parts, set it up for her, sold us a helmet and gloves at a really good discount.
All for a really reasonable price!! Great guys!! Super customer service and very very knowledgeable staff!! Thanks for everything guys we will be back for sure!!

I recently purchased a poorly-maintained but high-quality design 5-year-old mountain bike in advance from a shoddy external vendor who made a number of inaccurate claims about it. Discouraged by the undisclosed problems, I contacted Cycles West because of their reputation for conscientious work and high-value services. Simon's team did a careful, thorough and professional restoration on the bike to the point that it looks and operates almost like new. Great attention to detail, low prices and prompt service totally won me over. Great shop, and it's bigger than it looks. Very convenient
